She has never admitted to LE that she did. She came up with the self defense theory two years after she was arrested. No video.

Why is it strange? She is the one who said that she did it but it was self-defense.

Earlier a response to my post was that this was the "guilt phase". I take that to mean whether or not she is guilty. To me the "guilty" has already been given by Jodi herself. It wouldn't seem she could walk on this trial, but I am told that she might, so she might not be guilty of either charge, self defense or pre meditated, even though she admitted to killing Travis alone?? This is where I find the "strangeness". Thanks

She admitted to her lawyers only so they coyld enter self defense plea. No video or recording of confession, to my knowledge.

What kind of crazy azz judicial system they got going there? How many people (jurists) can recall everything they heard and seen after they have had a few weeks away from it all? I'm no lawyer but I'd be screaming grounds for a mistrial.

OT I am so impressed with Beth Karas. IMO, she presents an objective point of view and doesn't sensationalize. She'll postulate about the merits and deficits of each side's case rather than just spin one side. And I find that to be the most interesting style of reporter. She's awesome.
