JA looks like she might get emotional during this witness' testimony

Leslie Udi, met JA at a PPL conference - took a trip with JA and TA.

Begin rant.

It really annoys me how Juan says Arias. I think names should be pronounced the way the holder of the name pronounces it, not how someone else thinks it should pronounced!

End rant.

JA looks like she is trying to stare down the witness... creepy

I looked at the court schedule and there are many, many people nemed Arias going to trial in that courthouse, so I'm sure he is pronouncing the name correctly, at least in his mind.

Isn't this hearsay?

She looks entranced listening to the witness talk about her. Jodi loves Jodi.

This bothers me too, especially since he said it normally with no accent during opening statements. Wonder if he's tryng to make her seem more "ethnic"?

omg look at that look on her face!

  • #455
Do you see how much attention she is giving to this witness?? whats with that?? did she run out of post-it notes or what?

I thought that at first, but I think since she is saying what Jodi directly said to her, it's admissible.

I agree.
Even though this attention is the most negative and sick attention she doesn't care she loves all this. Every bit of it :furious:

That dead stare from JA is creepy.

But that's my point...it maybe the standard pronunciation or spanish pronunciation or the "correct pronunciation" in his mind, but it's not how Jodi pronounces it---so to me it is not being pronounced correctly.

Similarly (but obviously different), I hate how fellow East Coaster pronounce Nevada as Nevahda.

Reminds me of CA's original pronunciation of "Zenaitha"...
