I hope the prosecution can bring in the pedophile letters supposedly written by Travis, that turned out to be forged by our lil princess.

I read somewhere today that there was evidence he did fight back. But I'm new to this case, trying to read everything possible, and I can't remember where I read it.

Travis and I had an on/off kinda relationship. We were talking alot over last several weeks. We continued to talk but it was more sporadic. We usually talked late @ night about 1 in the morning. He had his Verizon cell and landline.

no more questions .... up for cross exam.

When I first read this, I read "I wonder if they will bring IN the two intruders" and thought, "Good luck with that!" HA!

It would seem to me that she got the first stab wound into his heart and did fight back. Some of his wounds are defensive.

I think that detective mentioned one time trying to take down a 135lb woman and how hard it was because she was out of control (adrenaline driven or lunatic rage who knows).

asking about call out to the scene

says only info he had was "suspicious death" and no further info

(this is before he got there)

says he got there within an hour

says house was taped off when he got there and the street blocked off... lots of cars there (LE)

people were around the house but off on a corner (30-40 yards away)

says there were 4-6 officers on scene

people on corner were neighbors and friends of Travis

had briefing of info and what had been done up to that point

was there remainder of night and all day the next day (went home in between)

phone call took place late morn/early aft of 10th

stalker info came from fellow officers he assigned to go interview people at the scene

Mentioned you were called out to scene ...how that work
Call comes in from Patrol to Supv. - Supvs make decision who to call out. Address in Queensborough. Suspicious death at address on Queensboro. Arrived within 1 hr.

What going on when you pulled up?
House and street blocked off, LEO, patrol officers there. Blocked off in front of house. People were off on corner 30-40 yards away from house. Anywhere from 4-6 officers there. Crimes scene corodoned off - people (neighbors and friends) on the corner. First met w/Uniform Patrol Supv and received briefing of what was done up to that point on night 9th and rest of the day on 10th. Doesn't recall exact time but it was evening dark when they arrived.

Phone call took place late morning or early afternoon on 10th. Referenced people saying Ms. Arias being stalker. Info came from officers and people @ scene. LEO interviewed people and then Det. spoke w/them. Conducted interviews @ PD - mimi hall was there and 2 roommates.
