I just went and looked at it again and I can see what you're saying. He looks sort of surprised. I have always felt people are most vulnerable in the shower.

Just for clarification ..... Mormon garments (Mo Mo Under roos - as I affectionately call them) are only worn by people who have been "sealed" (married for life and eternity) in the temple or by those who have been through the temple to go on a Mormon M ission. Just because you were baptised Mormon does not mean you have achieved the status of being able to wear the garments. You must be recommended and "called" to go thru the temple ceremonies in order to receive the ability to wear these things. LDS people wear them to bed and all of the time except while bathing.

Oy, chain of custody evidence is the pits! It happens in almost every trial. I will sleep well tonight!

But I am appreciative of the pictures of the house. It gives me a better idea of the layout and what has already been described as well.

BTW, there was one load of laundry in the washer tub with the camera. The sheets, pillowcases, and some clothing was in the dryer.

JA is not looking @ pictures being shown with what appear to be blood stains on the carpet just outside of the bathroom. She has her left hand on the left side of her face (self soothing?), looking down and away from monitors.

Agree. Travis' face in this final photo alive didn't look amused. To me, his expression kind of looks like, "What do you want? ... I'm kind of busy here, you pain in the butt..."

I'm curious what he is doing with his arms. It is an odd pose. Could he have been tied up already by her (in a sex play type of thing he thought).

#76 - photo of victim inside shower and plastic cup inside shower w/victim (JA appears to be wiping tears)
People in front row, woman with long hair parted in middle head down - crying into her hand
JA dabbing nose w/folded kleenex - head down looking up thru bangs. wipes nose

(doesn't appear to be crying - not blowing her nose)

Witness on stand saying if water run over evidence latent prints might or not be left behind.

#230 admitted - JA wiping nose w/same folded kleenex (not wadded up from blowing)

Yes, his roomy, meticulously organized walk-in closet showed he was likely a "metrosexual" type -- a well-groomed, upwardly mobile man. A leader of the pack in his profession, and one who makes a strong impression on the ladies.

She's quite a little actress. No tears at all, but she knows how to move her face and pretend to heave her shoulders with sobs.

He was naked in the shower. Maybe she used the discarded clothes to mop up the blood. She was taking pictures and dropped the camera which, according to her, made him mad enough to come after her so she had to defend herself.

I know he was found in the shower but there is supposedly a photo of her dragging his body into the shower so the stabbing and slitting started prior to him being in the shower.

That is entirely plausible. The HLN caption says he was sitting in the shower. Who sits? I think he was already tied up or something. Otherwise it kind of looks like he is pouting or shrugging with his body language (what little we see).
