Makes no sense. If you thought you had medical problems from being in his jail, why would you file a Restraining Order??? Restraining Orders are to keep people away in situations of domestic violence or stalking. I'm fairly sure Sheriff Joe isn't personally visiting her. Is this a lame attempt to get out of his jail? They'd just move her to another one, IMO.

Consensus is...it's a "false" filing (it HAS been filed in Federal court). JA's attorneys didn't file it, someone else (for her?) did...
