Walsh on Hannity and Colmes was a very good sound bite. He was talking about how he has a gut feeling for these things. The hosts were asking him how he figures this stuff out. He said he believes that Caylee has been dead since mid-June and that KC is a sociopath. It was a short segment as well, but he did clearly state his opinion.

Hmmm......... sum ting wong here............

John Walsh is THE MAN! He's spot on about what he said about KC. No two ways about it. Can't imagine how frustrating it is for people like them who have lost a child in the true sense to watch this whole saga run its course. It's gotta be horrid for them.

I have faith too. I just don't want it crushed like it was on the OJ verdict.

I know, not having a body makes it really hard, but they do have evidence. The OJ thing IMO, was all about not thinking someone like him; a football star & movie star, could commit a crime so heinous . All the evidence was there, people just wouldn't believe it. And DNA was new; not any more.

We know now, mothers do kill their kids...lots of them

I agree with JW, and LE has it right. They have way more than they are letting on. This trial will be very interesting to say the least. The stain results, not out; under carriage of car, not out. Items collected from home, not out. Interviews, not all out. I bet there is lots we don't know about.:) I have faith.

(The contents of AL's text messages to KC not out either) as far as I can tell. We've seen everyone elses, why not AL's ????:waitasec:

Henry Lee will be discredited IMO and I do not think it will be hard to do. I cannot even stand to watch the fake Geraldo anymore. He is such a hypocrite!!!!

IMO only the tip of the iceberg has been told........LE holding tight to chest as long as they can............CONVICT!:behindbar

They brought up about the defense hiring Henry Lee and something about the mishandling of blood I thought. What blood? Of course he is going to say good stuff about JB hireing Lee as they are boat buddies. I remember this from early on in the case. Henry Lee may be high profile but his expertise was brought into quetions in the Phil Spector case if I remember correctly
I think Lee's reputation has taken a couple of hits. He didn't testify in Peterson because there was nothing he could dispute. He spewed ketchup in Peterson East and that didn't impress anyone either. My guess is that he won't be able to disput much in this case either.

No chance imo. Baez is no Johnny Cochran and Baez hasn't hired an additional attorney who is well-versed in forensics either. There will be no "dream team on this one imo

OJ had a positive public image going into the trial. Sloppy collections of evidence occurred on camera in that case. I noticed (after OJ) a body was found at a local high school here and everyone collecting evidence was totally suited up in white for evidence collection.Everything was roped off and only people properly dressed were allowed in the crime scene tape. OJ was an eye opener in that respect.

Biggest problem, imo, was a JUDGE who was enthralled by the media attention on the coverage... he never did have control in that courtroom.

Since this trial concerns the death of a baby, it's going to take a miracle to convince any sane jury to dismiss Casey's endless stream of lies PLUS the evidence PLUS the circumstantial evidence.

Stick a fork in Casey..... she's done.

I just recorded this on my phone to hang onto JW answering the question on what he thought of KC. I'm keeping it to revisit when I think the chips are down. His words have CONVICTION and PASSION!!!
