Jon Benet Died Of A Chloroform Overdose.. Per Karr, Allegedly

I'm beginning to think someone needs to cholorform Karr. Nothing that he's said either makes sense or seems logical.

I think you are right. I guess we really shouldn't expect much out of someone who would murder such a sweet girl in such a sick way. Seems like he's acting like a person disturbed enough to be involved in this to me.

If Karr studied the case, corresponded with Tracey and Patsy, wrote a paper about the case, it sure seems he was either guilty or obsessed. His father also reported that Karr said he was detained in CA in connection with JB's disappearance, when he was actually charged with child . I think Karr may have mental problems and may be convinced he murdered JB.

The ransom note has been online. If Karr was obsessed with JB's murder, perhaps he practiced his handwriting so it would match the ransom note. With this man it appears that anything is possible.

michelle, I researched chloroform and posted it here in 2001 or 2002. I always thought chloroform would work better than a stungun to keep JonBenet quiet.

It dissapates in a few hours and doesn't leave any trace.

I am totally creeped out by Karr mentioning chloroform, but I don't believe JonBenet died from it. She could have been unconcious from it and appeared dead.

I was excited at first to think that there would finally be justice for JonBenet.

The more I hear, though...the more I think that this guy may not have had anything to do with her murder.

And it is especially strange that he is claiming second degree murder, he may be a schizophrenic or otherwise mentally disturbed.

Maybe Karr read your post and use the idea for his confession!! I wouldn't be surprised if he posted here.

does chloroforum just disappear or does it have to be metabolized? i mean if he had used it right before she died, wouldn't there be some sort of evidence in her tissue? i mean she couldn't just work it out of her system if she wasn't alive.

I want to know if the autopsy report still has sealed sections otherwise this karr guy is nuts. If he knows so much about the case as to have raised red flags why he making up details that are flat out wrong in this case? doesnt make sense

I honestly think JMK is a nutter, although i'm still unsure what his motives are. I Think this could end up being good the for case as the general public will see that the boulder DA's office is incompetent and a special prosecuter could be brought in. Fingers crossed, JBR needs her justice.

Given the use of a garrote to strangle Jon Benet, you have to wonder if this is Karr hoping that he might more readily sell a chloroform overdose as an accident versus death from a garrote strangulation.

Until we hear A LOT more - providing additional info makes sense - I actually wonder if Karr is more ready to sell a tall story....
