Why did it take 2 years to arrest him?! They knew he lives with and has very easy access to many children.

Often the date is the date that he downloaded the materials, not the date that they they knew. Either way, I agree that these investigations take too long.

I would not be surprised to learn that some ministry they are affiliated with have programs to send boys and men that are "struggling" (the word they would use) that have no women and children around. I'm sure they will find a way to get him out. UGH.

is waiting on the US District Atty's office to send out the indictment. Duggar will have a bond hearing on May 5th at 1:30pm. Judge said if bond is granted Duggar will need to "live in a home without minors."

Is it typical for Homeland Security to hold a person for so long without releasing the charges? Could the reason there’s no bond be related to his family’s (perceived) wealth or due to the severity of the crime?

So much for the therapy he did years ago after he first molested children. IT is time for him to go to jail and his children/wife to get some really good counseling. You would think he would know that possession of child is an issue. AND, he is having his seventh kid. The wife needs to wake up like yesterday. Let's hope he didn't molest any of the immediate or extended family's young children.

I would imagine given his history that family services from the state will be interviewing all minors in his home and any he had access to.

I feel sick to my stomach. Let me remind you he has 6 children and 100s of kids around him. Let me remind you these people have been presenting themselves are holier than thou even after the previous scandals and are involved in conservative activism. Now I'm on the left and I will keep my opinion of all that to myself but the hypocrisy in constantly calling out sinners, preaching, calling oneself pro-life while being a freaking pedophile. This is what the family did when he was a teenager and molested 5 young girls, including some of his sisters. It’s a total joke.
