Hoping for justice for JD's victims and wishing he could be kept away from the children in his immediate and extended family as well -- but I am not very hopeful.

The way I see it is to lock up these types for the remainder of their days and don't let them out even if they're 'rehabilitated'.
My opinion is that they're permanently sick and evil.

If this is true, it shows that Anna is clearly not of sound mind, and clearly disconnected from reality. I’m surprised Anna didn’t hit us with a “Save the Children” tie-in. My goodness.... those poor kids.
