Sounds like the judge is a friend and fan of the prescription drug...

She was a victim of chronic pain? She just needed the meds for pain? Then for grief? Good Lord people, Anna/Vicki had mondo drugs, serious amounts of serious drugs. She "needed" them for one reason or another and that "need" is the very reason there should have been better monitoring of how much was being taken. They were all very reckless, very careless and if she wasn't an addict I'll eat my shoe! (not my designer one though)
