Judges decision on if Casey can search will not be made today(Monday).

IDK - seems kinda lame to me. Why doesn't he just deny the request? The request doesn't make much sense to me to begin with. She's not an investigator and if she's truly looking for an alive Caylee she won't be much help at this point. Maybe back in June...

No way would I want her going places and having any sort of opportunity to mess w/evidence either. This should not be her reward for whatever it is she's done.

I can't think of any reasonable argument to grant this motion.

Her defence might use the tried but tru, innocent until proven guilty in a court of law...Best not to risk it and just wait it out. Go Judge!:)

I kinda expected this...he will make his decision or it will be moot after the GJ hears the case and makes decission. JMO

I agree, and I doubt he will ever grant it (if possible.depending on the GJ outcome)

I totally agree! There is not one reasonable argument to grant this motion.
I honestly believe the reason JB filed this particular motion is that he is already laying grounds for a mistrial. He will undoubtedly argue that his client was unable to actively help with her defense by not being able to travel to "key points of interest". This will not fly, IMO, just as the motion will not fly either. I give JB credit for doing his job. However transparent his little tactics are.

If she was truly looking for a live Caylee she would just give an address for her Nanny. A REAL ADDRESS any real address for any of her multiple residences SOME KNOWN LOCATION where this woman EVER slept!!!!!

But she cannot because no nanny ever existed, otherwise she would have not faked so many ilocations allready!

I think the judge's decision is a no decision. The Grand Jury will do it for him. Once she is indicted, she will have a no-bail status and won't be allowed out for any reason. No other murder suspect is allowed off home confinement to go search for their daughter they already know is dead. She already had 31 days to "look for her". Obviously she didn't find her at Fusion or in any of her boyfriend's bedrooms!!!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

At least Scott Peterson made phony attempts to go to the Search centers, the Anthony family hasn't even done that!!! They want to send everyone else on their wild goose chases to Puerto Rico and elsewhere, yet they refuse to search. Casey knows exactly where Caylee was disposed of.
