OP remains at the hospital until 1600 hrs daily or until excused.

on the 14th may, I gave a judgment, and this is the order..

the accused will present himself as an outpatient,at 8.00 on every day of the week thereafter, for a period not exceeding 30 days, as the court may decide..

that the accused remains until 1500 hours, or until he is released by the medical officers..

that the following psyches. dr L Simon on behalf of the defence. proff h pretorious , proff someone psychology.. enquire whether the accused by defect or disorder, was by the affect of any illness if he was able to distinguish between right and wrong.

the appointed psyches shall submit their reports, to the registrar of this court, and to the prosecution, and to the accused as soon as it is concluded..

should they psyches regard it necessary, it may be continued..
