Ooh, would love to know what JB did or said to make ICA so angry! To me it looks like she was telling CM to do something about JB, maybe get him off the team, even?

May have been something in sidebar or Baez made a mistake about the baby shower coming late, and Cindy saying that Caylee was a month early which is obviously a lie. Caylee was 7lb and not a month early. She lied about being a month early because they wanted to convince Jesse the baby was his. The early birth raised alarm bells with Jesse's Father, hence the paternity test.

Like others, I think Casey wanted to kill her Mother. I think while this is directed at Baez, it's really also directed in Mason in a way, this is during Cindy's testimony.

Most of the big showings of emotion are with Cindy. She hates her Mother. She probably wanted to chloroform her, break her neck. She may have even tried and failed (see IMs where Casey cannot watch Caylee because of her neck).

Remember the staring & outburst of tears when Cindy didn't look at her? She wasn't "protecting" her? I think Cindy gets her goat and she just sits there with hatred and anger over the fight on the 15th, and the whole "Mom" thing with Caylee.

Ironically, Cindy is just about the only person trying to get her out. I think Cindy feels guilty for taking over the role of Mother for Caylee. Or, Cindy would prefer that Casey get out so she can get preggo and replace Caylee with a new Granddaughter-suedo-Daughter to replace Casey too.

FWIW, I thought she was saying, "She l. . . ," something beginning with "L." Lied? I dunno. This case is crazy-making.

I'm pretty sure she said, "Did you see . . ." Giving the inference that she didn't like either what she saw in court or on the computer screen that has live feed to what is said at the sidebar. But just moo, as always. :cow:

At first, I watched the video and thought that someone had pulled together clips from other places to make a fake Youtube video, as I had seen a fake complilation video earlier this week.

I jumped on WS to see if anyone else had posted yet and, sure enough, people were posting right now!

Ugh, I need to get to bed, as I just feel ill after watching this segment. I have tears in my eyes and I just am feeling overwhelmed. I truly cannot believe what I just saw.

Well, we're talking about two videos here. The angry face clip was from Friday, right after Cindy's shower testimony, and the other "Boy's in trouble" one is from the next day, Saturday.

Trying to find some context here. At the click orlando link they say 'After Cindy's testimony'... but watching the WFTV video, there is no sidebar after CA's testimony.
There is a sidebar during her testimony (but the sidebar is skipped over) relating to a photo JB wanted to introduce. Objection was sustained, and then JB moves on to the photo of ICA/CA at RP's wedding.

Yea they do give the feeling of being fake, I've included links to the reports and stream I grabbed them from for context.

The only thing I've done is looped portions and time stretched a few key parts to see more expression.

The crazy angry loop is what I think she was doing when she got mad at her Mother on the 15th actually.

I don't think she violently killed her Daughter. I think it was an accident with improperly stored chloroform, heat, light caused it to convert to phosgene at the top of the cap. Then the chloroform was released inside the car probably from the car seat so she could be pushed into the trunk from the back seat. The phosgene only needs to be a few ppm or fractional concentrations to kill someone in 2-4hr from fluid in the lungs. It would have left her with skin burns and eye burns, enlargement, which is why I think she ultimately used or added more duct tape than necessary.

The only question I have personally in this case as it relates to her charge is whether she came back to the car to check on her after the first movie with Tony, and saw Caylee in severe distress and left her alive for dead. Then duct taped her later. Or, if she came back after a while and she was already dead. Or if she duct taped her mouth with maybe only one strip, and Caylee choked on vomit and the pinkish fluid from the phosgene. If she was left in distress, I would vote for death penalty. But I'm sure we're never going to know unless someone waterboards Casey.

I posted the crazy loop after someone showed me the report from the 24th. Then there was another thread but an admin merged the two threads so it's just tad confusing.
