If I was on the jury, I'd be furious over this.

Really? I thought it was appropriate to show that maybe Mark wasn't as close to them as it's coming off. I was wondering if they were gonna mention how his sick sister wasn't given a room at her mother's house but CCW was before the funeral.

I don’t think it’s good for the prosecutors to come across like an interrogation with witnesses, almost cold, in this phase of the trial. You want the jury to like you JMO. It ended quickly so I think it’s fine. I thought it was going to keep going.

Here we go...stepsister was asked if the murderer would do "anything" to protect his daughters...

Bonnie's laughing as she is presented with pics of Mark with the girls. A stork someone sent them. Now she's looking at more family photos with fondness. The girls on their bicycles. I don't see how this helps. He destroyed their lives as they knew it.

That was so very strange, and I can just imagine that she perhaps was prompted by the fence as to negative reaction when Mark was laughing, so she must show that it is hereditary?

How the h*ll can anyone even give that type of reaction is beyond me.

Step Sister says Mark is a Super hero father. And a loving husband? Naming off all these great qualities Mark has about him. Taught girls to think critically, spirituality, etc., how to do good...that's the kind of father Mark was. The girls were his Universe and they loved him with equal intensity.

Gee, he sounds like a great guy. This is unreal. Hard to listen to all this praising of Mark.

So Jenny is up. It must be 4 character witnesses. I know they said an investigator of some kind and I think a doctor would be witnesses also. I thought it was 4 total.

"Chicken man" certainly suits Mark. He's a coward. A big chicken.

*anoints Mark the name chicken man when he is in prison*

"Mark is a super hero father," Reiss said of her step brother,

calling him simply her brother. She said she's indebted to him for his support of her, their friendship, and being her keeper. #TrialTweets #MarkSieversPenaltyPhase #NBC2CourtCoverage #TeresaSievers

BBM: WTH ... and W T * ?

I read his calendar entries recently, and a "super hero father" does not write entries about his sex life, yada yada yada ... it was all about HIM.

OMG ... trying to make him look like some sort of "saint."

Dig out the old family photos. We gotta save Mark. Show those pics of us years ago. That should help.

The jury sided with the State in the quick lightning 4 hour verdict so the jury likes the State, JMO

I think it is important to remember that all super heroes have an alter ego as well as kryptonite.

MS may have been a great dad. It does not mean that he did not kill his wife in order to change his life. His alter ego is the open marriage man willing to sleep around, even taking the girls with him to meet women. His kryptonite is losing control of things. He was clearly losing control of his family. His wife was soaring in notoriety which would means that the running of the practice would soon be done by someone else as it grew--uncovering any issues that he had created in the business with fraud. The girls were getting older and would soon need him less so what would he do then, especially if they began to move away from him.

Teresa was losing interest in him or so he told CWW and was sleeping with others. So, he did not want to lose it all. That was the way it was going. He would do ANYTHING to protect his name and his girls.

Hopefully the State gets a rebuttal after this travesty.
