Good question! I'd think probably in the public area as they've been excused from their duty and are only there as observers.

Thanks. I had in my notes that today was the hearing and the 9th the actual sentencing, but got the impression from the tweets that today was the sentencing, too. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

They said they would leave it up to the judge. I see State Atty. Amira Fox is in, Sherrif Carmine, and Dennis Murphy from Dateline. MS is outsde, deciding whether to speak. The defense read a card from Josie, I believe, stating that she hoped they wouldn't take his life, or something to that affect. I need coffee.

Dr Petrites was a great witness. I hope it gave him some justice & closure. Mark used him just as coldly as he had Teresa killed.
