The state decided to take it out. The judge determined that with Marcy's Law he can seal it. The state re-admitted it. The judge noted for the record it's similar to the post card from the daughters

Sievers maintains his innocence. He says he cannot feel remorse for a crime he didn't commit, but calls himself forever heartbroken. He says, "God knows the truth.
