Do we know that as a fact? The only person to say that she failed was the mom herself. But LE will not confirm that as fact.

I wonder if she did really fail or if she was just told that, or if she might have assumed that.

A neighborhood home was demolished because it was abandoned.

A well/cistern was searched and did not reveal anything helpful.

If there is no confirmation of by LE maybe the statement should read:

mom reported to media that she was told by LE that she failed one lie detector test.

A neighbor said she saw a man carrying a baby walking down the street the night baby Lisa went missing.

Actually, she said her husband said that he saw a man carrying a baby down the street.

Nancy Grace's Show on Wednesday, 10/12/11 has the store clerk on who checked out Debbie and the "identified" man (per LE) in the store.

Store clerk: There were two separate purchases; wine and then baby food and baby wipes.

Store clerk states: Has seen the man with the mother as well as the father.

This bugged me for some time today after I had signed out and shut down the computer for several hours. Has the man told LE what time he saw the man with the baby? I also wonder how easy it would be for someone to witness an individual and see that this person was carrying a small child. Was the man inside his home when he saw this? Was it dark? Is the street well-lit at night? What is the distance from someone's window to the street? I know that I could not identify someone walking down the street, at night, from front door/windows in my home.

IIRC, the witness was driving down the street in the early morning hours, and he saw a man carrying an infant dressed only in a diaper. Apparently the witness must have stared or paid attention to the man with the baby because he said that as he watched, the man turned and appeared to walk into one of the homes.

The man drove home and he at some point told his wife what he saw.

Fact: The parents/sons are not living in the house at this time.

Fact: When they were viewed on news/media they both were emotional.

Fact: L.A. did not help the family with her media appearances.

Fact: Not too many people like Wild Bill and he rode in the back of police car to Lisa's grandparents and waited in the car.

Fact: The family car was broken into a few weeks before Lisa went missing. An extra key? Money?

It's most likely a fact that Jersey the Handyman Dude was not on the list of suspects compiled by Deborah and Jeremy and turned over to LE:

“The main problem I think that we’re facing is that everybody (else) has an alibi,’’ Irwin said. “I was at work. I’ve been cleared. All these other people we were worried about … the FBI said they’ve been cleared."

They identified the man as DB's younger brother.

FACT:
Kathleen Zellner has NOT been retained by the Irwin family nor did Kathleen Zellner asked to be retained by the Irwin family.

According to Kathleen Zellner personally on Judge Jeanine's show 10/15/11, someone within the area of the Irwin's remembered a case Kathleen was on that was so similar to Baby Lisa's case. This person gave the phone number to the Irwin's and the Irwin's contacted Kathleen.

Kathleen stated they basically talked about the other case.
