Less than 2 miles from HD to place where Ross at shopping center Aker's Mill

He arrived 9:25 and left 4:16...by SURVEILLANCE video, and left to go to see 22 jump street movie with friends.

I think the movie date he set up w/ friends was done intentionally to try and show that he didn't intend to kill Cooper that day. He had plans after work... why would he kill his son intentionally when he had plans! I don't buy it.

First person was AP. He described defendant as pulling in with squealing tires. Upset, erratic. Yelling/screaming then stop and blank look.

Dad did NOT do CPR. Witness did. Dad went to other side of vehicle and got on the phone.
He was on the phone.
