what is everyone else listening to??? I'm not hearing a lot of what is being posted...I'm listening to HLN.

HLN has a good lag. I'm watching ATT U-verse from my ipad, that might be adding to the lag.

They're on live feeds, which are a few seconds before the TV.
People will post things on here and in about 15 seconds it'll be on the TV.

Harris leaned over and spoke to his lawyer when Stoddard said that Harris walked to the other side of the car and was on his phone.

Defendant got on phone!!! Telling someone child had died. Told them he hadn't gotten hold of anyone.

Record shows he called Leanna and missed call. Second and third were Hime Depot corporate for six mins. It was daycare.

Cooper (on scene) was deceased

Interviewed Ross and several other witnesses.

Ross behavior---From Anthony (witness)...Ross pulled in high rate of speed, squealed tires, erratic behavior, yelling screaming, "My child is dead", "What have I done"...then stand with a blank face and just stand there.

Anthony helped put Coop on pavement. It looked like Justin was messing around and ANTHONY Started CPR!! Told Ross they had to do something

Anthony started CPR and Ross went to the other side of the car and got on the phone.

He was talking on his phone. He told someone on the phone that Coop had died.

Ross 3 phone calls. One to Leanna, 2, HD Corp...3rd phone HD Corp. 6 min call.

He called Little Apron Academy on that 6 min call

Ross lied and said he wasn't talking to anyone on the phone.

how far would movie theatre be from point he actually stopped?

Couple minutes, not far.

When R pulled over he parked in teh middle of roadway, exited vehicle went to rear door removed C from carseat placed on pavement near vehicle.

What was C condition when pulled out of car? C was deceased.

Interviewed R.

R's behavior at scene. Establishment is like a strip mall. Interviewed Anthony ?? first person who had contact with R.

R's appearance was described by witnesses described R seeming upset, behavior was considered erratic. screaming, alternating with blank look. Anthony said R was acting strange and not administering attempts at aid. Anthony did so. R stood and walked to his vehicle and got on his phone.

Appeared to be talking to the phone. Officers onscene heard him telling someone on phone his child was dead. R stated he did not get ahold of anyone. First call was to L - missed call, 2nd call to corporate center. 3rd call also to corporate and call went through. It was made to Toddler room 5 at daycare. R reiterated he was not able to get through to anyone he called.

Anthony says Justin was just "fooling around". When Anthony started CPR, J got on his phone....he was talking on the phone. Officers stated he was telling someone on the phone that his child had died. Justin says he couldn't get anyone on the phone.
