Do any supporters remain at this point? A friend of mine suggests this was a plot to perhaps be charged with only negligence and possibly pay off some bills.

This is worse than ever.

I was wrong about the hearing being continued and based on the facts, I'm less sure he will be granted a bail amount.

after lunch went to home depot store across from publix. Ross needed lightbulbs. in the store ten minutes. The need for lightbulbs came up during lunch. Ross requested he be dropped at his car.

Witness saw him approach car. R did not dissuade him from getting too close to car when pulling up.
