"Kathleen Belich also known as Kathleen Gallager was listed to rebut witnesses just listed by the State involving an investigation launched against Laura Buchanan. She is also a witness involving State witness Maya Derkovich. (While the State has recently infonned the defense that they have not illtention to call Maya Derkovich as a witness, the defense has not ruled out calling her)"

He has outdone himself in the childish motions department. What a whiny piece of wah wah wah this waste of paper was. No law cited. Right off the bat a jab at "despite daily contact" the State blah blah. He whines that the State continues to file discovery. Well, the judge knew that. LDB said no, she wouldn't stop doing her job. CJP did not say well you have to...he obviously agrees with her. ANd the "otherwise known as Kathleen Gallagher" goes back to a childish video where he taunted her "is your real name Gallagher? Is your real name Kathleen Gallagher?" :banghead::banghead:

The latest witness added to the state was Julie Davis. Who must be rebutting some of LB's statements. But, who is she? And what does Kathi Belich know about her that she herself becomes a witness?

IOW...did our own KB get to her first, before the defense did? And they are crying out loud again?

What does Kathy Belich have to do with an investigation into LB? What does LB's tampering investigation have to do with Casey's trial? Does JB really want to open that can of worms during trial?

As for Maya... Maya has been on the witness list for a while. JB should have had Kathy on the witness list before the deadline. I just don't see how this isn't a simple case of bullying on the part of the defense. They have no intentions of ever calling Kathy as a witness.

BBM That's what I was wondering..they're two different issues. I bet the State has whoever he was talking about on their witness list for a completely different reason than the tampering investigation. Cuz they're two different investigations!!!!

That doesn't make sense to me - the other stations have been just as rough in the last month as Kathy has ever been. And more consistently critical this past month also.

Why keep just Kathy out? It must be some specific information she has or they think she has. Didn't she do that Maya (sp?) expose a while back, because she is also one of the new witnesses they want to add.

You were right about Maya D., I'm confused about what she could possibly have to add about LB investigation though..

The good news is I'm sure she has very good legal representation via the TV Station and they can deal with JB and his nonsense pretty quickly.
It is a good indicator of how scared of her he and CM are, isn't it?
They want anyone who will shine a bright light on their shady dealings removed.

The law that AZ mentioned gives journalists privelege where they do not have to be a witness if their testimony can be obtained elsewhere. Any volunteers? Seriously, she interviewed her ON THE NEWS. Publicly.
