It tells me that DP is feeling the heat building up faster and faster. With all the GJ testimony and the latest rulings by the Judge, I don't think it's going to be too much longer before we hear that DP has been arrested.

Won't that be absolutely great news to hear???

That sounds to me like Uncle James and Drew don't want someone else involved in the estate because they would want an audit of the financial activities of the estate..and neither Drew nor Uncle James want to see that happen. This will not fly. Drew thought he had all this tied up in a neat financial package for himself,with undoubtably a nice percentage for Uncle James. Drew are you ready to explain how all the money you have spent of the children's has benefitted them?

Its about time that DrewP is held accountable.

Another thing that has me troubled is how DrewP is always trying to get son Steve to take control of everything. He thought Steve should be put in charge of the estate instead of Kathleens family......we all know he gave Steve a wad of money to hold.

Steve is now 28-29 years old LD, Kathleen died 3-1-04.

Steve was actually living with Drew and Stacy at the time of Kathleen's death. He was going to college for law enforcement courses.

I believe he has two son's by his first wife, Steve's mother. I wonder why we never hear anything regarding the other son?

I wonder if LE has tracked Eric down and interviewed him regarding why he doesn't feel Kathleen Savio's death was accidental? Eric may know something - just one small thing, that could open the case up......like evidence that DP wasn't at home on the night in question and he has no alibi.

I 've always wondered if Eric had been called to the GJ and we just hadn't heard about it. I also heard Eric was upset with Drew after Kathleen's death, but I heard it pertained more to the way that Drew handled the estate. Meaning Eric felt the majority of the money should have been given to the boys..not all the money Drew collected from the home sale, business sale, etc.

Joe Hosey was on Greta's show tonight for about 1 minute, and said that Melissa Dolman and Henry Savio appeared before the grand jury today.

And, mysteriew just posted a link in the Media Thread to an article about a court proceeding today regarding a procedural matter related to the re-opening of Kathleen Savio's estate.

Drew Peterson Faces Wrongful Death Lawsuit

"Outside of court he (Joel Brodsky) told reporters the motive of Peterson’s former in-laws is money. He says they believe they will profit from these legal proceedings and do not have Kathleen’s two children with Peterson best interest at heart.

An attorney for Savio’s family says by gaining control of Kathleen’s estate they have the legal authority to file a wrongful death lawsuit and are now in the process of determining whether or not to sue.

Larry Varsek says they also want to know what happened to Savio’s estate under Peterson’s control. The estate contained a million dollar life insurance policy that benefited her two boys. The case returns to probate court in July."

I wonder how DrewP is sleeping tonight?

He won most of his guns back, but knows the GJ term is close to ending, and he is also facing problems at the estate for Kathleen which would have become very real today. It looks like there will be an audit of the estate and he is going to have to account for $1 mil of the boys money. And he may be put into the position of choosing to speak to the wrongful death accusations or losing all the money in the court case. And they may be looking at the handwriting in the alleged will that he submitted for Kathleen. Media is back in his yard.

So, is he out partying it up like it was his last chance? Trying to set up a last tryst, maybe his last chance in this lifetime? Sitting home in the dark drinking and brooding? Or in bed sleeping?
