Did they ever correct the money error for probabtion costs? Someone on here pointed that out (forgot who it was).

I'm pretty sure it was mentioned on the final probation report released by the DOC.

I don"t know what this probation is going to do for Ms Anthony. She has body guards baby sitting her 24/7 . Any mental health professionals will come to her if she gets any help at all. There has been to my knowledge no enrollment in school. So far that seems like all talk. Concerning a job, well we know how that story goes. She was a leach before the tragedy and in my opinion is going to continue on that road. Every one is still making it to easy for her to not become a responsible adult.

Sounds just like probation in jail, 24/7 security, on lockdown in the house and, very little opportunity to do anything in society other than via the Internet?

ITA.. I don't see KC getting special treatment at this juncture in her probation. If the PR folks are still sending out the same press release a few months from now, i.e. she still hasn't found a job or sought schooling, then they better get on her tail.

We can graph Offender Anthony's monthly trends...

Education? -- No ... No ... No ...
Income? ----- No ... No ... No ...
Alcohol? ----- No ... No ... No ...
Drugs? ------ No ... No ... No ...

Will the PO simply trust her pat responses or check? After all, OA is such a good liar .... right? She has lied to LE about murder so ... lying to PO? Child's play.

IMO that phrase 'earned any income' is just another way of saying she has no employment and that's it. I would have to wonder if she tells them she doesn't have any 'income', I don't see how the PO would follow up on that (sort of like trying to confirm a negative).

The trouble would come if she said she actually had a job when she did not.

Proceeds from sales of goods (as in TMZ pics) ARE earnings. Even if Baez, Mason, etc. are keeping the money for her, they are still earnings.

They better watch their steps. Not good for FCA to be on probation and lying especially when she has to testify under oath at the deposition soon.

I'm taking a quick guess and saying OA = Offender Anthony, OKC - Offender Casey, OCA = Offender Casey Anthony.

When the DOC spokesperson did her TV cameo, she kept referring to FCA as Offender Anthony - which delighted a lot of folks here who were watching.

OA and OKC are for Offender Anthony and Offender Casey. This word was used frequently during Gretyl somebody's speech outside a courthouse describing Casey's probation and info. She is an offender!

..this is ridiculous.

..she met with her probation officer on september 1----47 days after her "get out of jail free card" kicked in..

..per the terms of her court ordered probation----she is to GET A JOB.

..she hasn't----and also hasn't taken any classes to further herself educationally..

..do ALL probationers get away with this nonsense---after 47 DAYS??

..as frank george asked the probation dept. at the original hearing "what IS the PURPOSE of probation?" ( to integrate the offender back into society as a meaningful member)....by doing NOTHING, how is kc fullfilling her probation requirements?

..this time around is pretty much the same ( lazing about somewhere NOT working and NOT going to school and NOT bringing in any income ) as the probation she "completed" while incarcerated.

..she gets to do THAT (bulls***) version------AGAIN ????

..this is not right, she's on probation for a mere check fraud , is she getting special treatment?

One has to wonder why she would need "probation" to prod her to do these things anyway. Isn't this what most adults HAVE to do? Why on Earth wouldn't she be trying to do SOMEthing?? I mean, like you said, 47 days of nothing...waking up, doing nothing, going to sleep. For 47 days. She's worse than before this all began. I don't think she even has hobbies or interests. How is probation going to serve a purpose if they don't get her on track?

I would have thought it had more to do with showing she (or anyone else on probation) is able to display the responsibility to gain and maintain employment, rather than whether she has money in her pocket or not.
A millionaire could be on probation.

Driving around aimlessly in her car, latching onto the lifestyle of others, no apparent interests of her own.
I don't believe she has ever had any direction in her life other than for the moment ... it's pretty hard to imagine how probation will rid her of that kind of mindset (or should we say lack of any), let alone set her on a worthwhile course. IMO she will simply see the conditions of her probation as the rules she is to follow 'for now'.
I have to keep reminding myself that she doesn't think like the rest of us!

Yep, she is probably reading here right now...her and/or her mother. They both love to read about themselves but they prefer photos.

OCA first reported for probation August 24 and then again on the first of September.

I wouldn't think they could legally count any days before her original date of probation, so how did they come up with "the last 30 days" when it's only been eight days? Is this how they are going to monitor her closely? She's lying already to the PO about the 30 days and they apparently believe her. They even sent out an email bragging about how cooperative she is.
At this rate, I don't believe she will serve one year. It will end before then.

The DOC had problems with trying to total her "served" time while she was waiting in jail for her trial plus her time off for good behavior (when she didn't behave) didn't add up either.

Maybe it's me, I just don't understand the "new" math!

If you recall correctly, during trial Baez even brought the jail guards in to testify to the above. Crazy like a fox. For me this is more proof the girl is aware and knows exactly what she is doing, she manipulates. Always has, always will (if she can find someone who buys what she's selling).
That in a nut shell, is in my opinion why she is so dangerous. :twocents:
