The thing that had me wondering if if might be Todd M is the mention of the villa/ranch only being accessible by air and that it had it's own landing strip.
For those of us that saw his naked romp on the beach, I wouldn't put anything past him. He comes across as a player except this time he's playing with fire (if it's him) MOO

And, he also is experienced in funneling funds that don't belong to him. {sound familiar??}

If your conviction was a felony, you are required to register with the sheriff's department of the local you moved to. It is your responsibility in Florida to help the system keep tabs on you. Even off probation.

I wonder where she is gonna work. She has to get a job. Probation is a set up in this state anyways. It's why I went to prison.(hence my name).

What I disagree with is how the DOC didn't put her probation profile up on the site. It's bs imo. I'm on the released population list when u look me up and my release address is there, but I have since moved and they don't update it because they don't keep tabs on you.

Before prison when i was on probation, they kept my verified address up there. There are people I know who, for some reason, don't have their address up so Casey's profile could be put up without her address.

Bogus favoritism imo. I have seen crooked cops get their address put up when on probation or released from prison.

I was talkin about the WEBSITE.

When ur released, they only show the address u put down 30 days prior to ur release. The site doesnt update it when you move.

When ur on probation, they update it on the site whenever you move.

Casey should be on the site imo; without the address is fine.

What a crock! When Baez was told he was being taken to the bar, he smirked and said for them to hurry up. He got through the other twenty filings, so bring it on....

Is mason on the board? It doesn't matter, the board is composed of attorneys. They look out for each other. They only find guilt if the client's money was used incorrectly and at that the client has to prove it.

I think she is studying Buddhism.:floorlaugh: Knowing kc, she probably thinks she is the living on the set or the star of Eat, Pray, Love. (the movie)

I believe she may be residing on Simm's property in St. John's County. Simms has a non-profit retreat on her estate with a Buddhist monk. She calls it the Vision Farm Retreat and Meditation Center...Perfect..don't you think? I have a feeling the Grief specialist may work/perform there. This is speculation but I think I am on to something.

Keep in mind, the former defendant reported to the St. Johns Probation office.

BBM - It's kind of like the Medical Boards too. Rarely do physicians get held accountable for their behavior, actions or inactions unless it is so egregious that there is public outcry and media attention that forces their hand. Apparantly, the State Bar of Florida doesn't really mind the fact that JB is so inadequate as an attorney and how it reflects on evey single one of them because by doing nothing they are condoning his behavior and tactics in the courtroom.

Nursing Boards, however, will yank your license in the blink of an eye. They don't play.
