Hey people, did you notice what she didn't answer.

1.If not working give reason and source of income. _ BLANK

2. If monetary obligation owed and no payment made, give reason and date when payment will be made. _ BLANK

Why is she getting away with this?

because she has IMO been given special consideration :furious:

Because it's probation?:floorlaugh:

I COMPLETELY agree. They should make her disclose the source of income. Either they don't care, or they're allowing her to disclose that information in secret. Obviously, it's going to be easy for KC to bend the rules. I am disappointed in this probation process so far.

Getting income isn't a stipulation of probation, employment is. The DOC doesn't care if she's getting money, they care if she's working.

Casey Anthony Tells Authorities She's Unemployed
--snipped---

She told the probation officer that she has had no source of income during the past 30 days. Her probation order requires her to "work diligently at a lawful occupation."

But Florida Department of Corrections spokeswoman Gretl Plessinger said being jobless doesn't put Anthony in violation of her probation. Thousands of other probationers are without jobs, given Florida's 10.7 percent unemployment rate.

Anthony's defense attorney, Joe Baez, said last month on Fox News' "Geraldo At Large" that Anthony was undergoing therapy and counseling.

But Anthony checked "no" on the probation report form that asked her if she had attended mental health or therapy programs in the past month.

Anthony said on the form released to the media that she hasn't attended educational or vocational classes.

Putting aside Florida's unemployment rate...Has Casey even TRIED to get a job as required by the Probation Order?
I think we all can guess the answer to that...NO :twocents:

:seeya:
The scholarship is for students/children with special needs

I guess Caylee didn't qualify as being a child with special needs. She was obviously obliterated by someone. Left in a mire to rot, with animals feeding off of her bones, and forensic people culling any last physical essence of her being from her little skull, described as thin and delicate as an eggshell.

For shame. This is the outcome of what has become an insane "justice system". Someone with money and power needs to do something to right this travesty.

Are you saying that the line should have n/a on it versus blank.

I think something hinky is going on. Orange County Corrections seems to be oversteppping the discretion Judge Perry gave them.

Until the murderess draws her last breath, I hope she is reminded every minute why she is so reviled by so many. I also know I must forgive her or be held accountable- I just am not there yet, maybe never get over her actions toward Caylee and every human being that tried their dammedest to find her. I know I would rather lose everything I have and quit a job than to have to work beside her or even be expected to help train or teach that miserable bag of teeth, skin n hair. Otherwise, its been a really great day!

The question is listed, she should be expected to answer it. Obviously, they don't care at this point about her employment status.

I wonder, if they make a routine check on her, if we will get a report.

Exactly my point. Why is it on the form????
I see you are a whoooooo dat.......me too!

No job, no income, but money for booze...great. Is this the purpose of probation? Shouldn't she be geting on her feet and becoming independent...you know, so she won't have to steal, lie etc to get by? How is this protecting the public?

Once the money runs out she's going to do a mum and dad and pull a sickie. Her disability will be based on the trauma she's been though.

Gotta get out of this topic as Band-aid moment needed.

I just emailed the Orange County Corrections Department to ask why Offender Casey Anthony does not have to answer all parts of the monthly form.

Just asking but is the information even to a probation officer public record? I would think that is would be confidential.

Judge Perry set the precedent, that's for sure. Maybe she isn't required to fill out the complete form because it would incite that bloodthirsty, horrible public who somehow have yet to lay a hand on her?

My guess is they don't care. Also the DOC didn't like being outed for the probation-while-in-jail snafu so I would bet KC's probation is on paper only. No one is watching her, no visits will be made to her home, no income verification will be asked for. And after such intense supervision, they will probably say she was a model probationer and discharge her early. JMO.

Well, you and I are exactly on the same page. I have felt that way since the presser where they SAY they will comply with the law. I noticed a subtle negative attitude. They didn't like being outed and let that be known.

Time will tell.
