How can they be deliberating, the charges haven't even been given by the judge? HUH?????? What happened to the accounting of the defense?

I'm confused... did I miss a few pages of the thread?

I posted a link saying they jury was instructed before the closing statements.

But additional witness testimony in trial's later days was very damning for Frazee. He allegedly spoke about disposing of her body, and asked a jailmate to kill witnesses and a lead investigator. Hasn't been a whiff of any other person who might be responsible. #PatrickFrazee

I'd love to be able to see the arrogant, entitled, smug expression wiped off of PF's face when the jury comes back with a Guilty, 1st Degree verdict. He literally makes me sick to my stomach.

The prosecution delivered a masterful closing and there is no doubt in my mind they'll come back unanimous in a fairly short amount of time.

Blessings and healings to the Berreth family and friends. Kelsey should be here celebrating the holidays with that sweet little Mini K, but I believe she will grow up so loved, strong and wonderful just like her mommy in the Berreth's home.

I'm always worried a bit about juries - this one asked questions that were thoughtful IMO. My concern is no body and no murder weapon (of course we know the reason for that) - that might make the deliberations dicey and possibly, depending on the jury instructions, cause them to vote 2nd degree? @gitana1 @riolove77 @Mormon Attorney and the others that have followed this case - what are your thoughts on 2nd degree vs. 1st based on the evidence presented these past two weeks? Thanks as always for your insight.
