Kevin was last seen in North Hollywood, California on March 31, 2004. He is believed to have been abducted by his non-custodial mother, Maria Eva Lujan. He was on a visitation with her and was supposed to be returned on April 2, but was not. A felony warrant was issued for her on May 21. They may be in Mexico or in the San Francisco, California area.
