This was because he had a badge, if you go to the KFN web site you can see it.

If he presented himself in any way as related to LE, FBI, etc. that will land him this charge. If you are carrying a badge you must state who you are and with what organization if not related to LE.

Maybe KidFinders provides fliers, tents and advice to families of missing children who then sell t-shirts and raffle tickets to help to support this endeavor.

I am not impressed with that "criminal record".

He was stopped for a traffic offense, his license numbers were run and there is a warrant because he is in arrears in child support payments.

That is a very serious charge, and he was found/pleaded guilty. I think I saw paper somewhere that bond was set at 10k. That is a big bond, here and from that judge.

No, there is no room for KFN. Didn't you see the way Milstead bullied and threatened the TV camera man who was not doing a thing, this man is not running his KFN to find children.
There seems to be an epidemic of these foundations/organizations popping up
all for the wrong reasons.
They allow some people to live in $750,000. houses, pay no taxes and get protection from judgments!

When I heard this guy DM the other day with the reporter whom he shoved and told, I am your wost nightmare Mother Fu&*er and found out just who he was, I was appalled. He acts like a pushing his weight around.
