On the Video:

- I didn't see Terri. She saw me. I walked past her. She yelled out to me, got my attention.

- she (Terri) is quiet and not social

My understanding is that this woman worked at TH's gym. So, normally if she saw her, the woman would be "on duty", and TH would be working out. Not a social situation.

Perhaps TH would be more chatty and social when the other woman was "off the clock" and TH wasn't mentally in whatever sort of "zone" she gets into to work out. (As a former bodybuilder, she might take working out very seriously.)

Also - the article mentions that the woman DID work at TH's gym, but has transferred to another location. I'm curious whether she was currently working at TH's gym as of that morning. If not, and TH hadn't seen her in awhile, that would be even more reason to stop and chat.

Oh God. She said they're calling in everybody who knew Terri at all, even if they just talked to her for a second. Wth? It's a fishing expedition.

She certainly saw nothing at all suspicious, and doesn't seem to believe Terri is capable of harming Kyron. The only negativity is when she's talking in reference to what Kaine and Desiree have said about Terri in the news.

I'm going to have to watch this a few more times. Very good video. I'm glad it's long, and it's raw.

I don't understand why she is talking about the GJ proceedings at all.
If I was approached bt a tv reporter after testifying, I would absolutely say, "No comment."

Her testimony has been given and apparently there is not a gag order. There may even be some subtle encouragement for people to speak out, let others know that a case is being built and every little bit of evidence helps.

Imagine how much many people want the truth to come out for the sake of Justice, for Kyron, and for his grieving parents?

Just a thought.

Not accusing anyone of anything, but am I the only one who thinks it's just a little bit odd that someone who works at the gym was at the same grocery store the same time as Terri when Kyron was supposedly going missing? The gym seemed like such a big part in everything already, even before hearing this.

Does not seem odd to me as the gym is off the same street as the Walker Rd Fred Myers (158th), the gym is just down the road a bit and basically is considered in the same "neighborhood" for that area..

How was Terri deceitful?

This witness is privy to much more of the evidence against Terri than we, the public are, by virtue of being part of the Grand Jury investigation.

She may wish she hadn't of said that, but overall she seems to be able to remain objective when it comes to Terri, despite what she knows (and we don't).

My opinion.

I am interested in what she said about the school...did she say she was not familiar with Skyline school? I thought that was a little odd but then again I don't know that area.

Seems like she was since she knew baby was not feeling well the day before. Maybe because TH brought her to the gym and said she was cranky, or showed up w/o her and told AL why she didn't bring her that day. Sounds like TH and AL had no contact outside the gym other than this random encounter at the market. jmoo

This is the opposite of what the article and the video said and implied.

I didn't hear her say that either. What I heard her say was *but I also didn't think she was they type of person that would do the other things she'd seen about her in the media* paraphrasing. Of course I don't know for sure, but I drew the conclusion that she was referring to the sexting or the MFH. And neither of those things came from KH or DY. They came from LE, through KH and his attorney. And at least the sexting is certainly true (since LE has the proof), even though the MFH may or may not be true at this point. jmoo

Relaxed enough to stop and have a long conversation. Nothing ummm... pressing... to take care of. Nothing odd about her. In the middle of kidnapping or murdering a child. That doesn't work for me.

I hear ya, BeanE -- BUT could maybe she already had everything "worked out"? Maybe an accomplice was handling things?

Just seems odd to me that she stopped this person she really didn't know and had the "longest convo" with her AND she made sure to show her a pic of Kyron. All while toting a cranky, sick baby. I run into acquaintances or people I've known for a long time but haven't seen for awhile and I carry my camera, but I never think to show these people pics of my kids.

It almost seems TH jumped at the chance to have someone she knows see her at this store and made sure to show a pic of Kyron to say "see, he was at the school this morning"

I don't know, something just seems off about this.

So she cornered someone between 9:30 and 10:00 am to chat with?
Breaks my heart thinking what was happening to Kyron during that time when she was chit chatting away in FM...Was Kyron drugged and in the truck covered up? JMHOOTS.
