I guess defense is needing much time for his case. IDK why, I think Six and his group...along with all LE involoved have this wrapped up.

EB is the real quandry to me. Her brother and sis-in-law have not posted on the FB since before the hearing. Hmmm? IMO, mental health check needed....along with DCS taking a good, long look. I guess the father figure behind bars is still appealing?:crazy: He's got something on her.

I also can't understand this EB, what will it take for her to see the light??? I am sure she visits him in Jail. LB stated on blog that her sister EB is considering marrying this Creep. When I look at what has transpired how could she, it is unconscionable. I also noted hollyblue that JB and SB have been silent on FB.

The article above suggest that they initially had oral sex in the SUV ( thus the DNA evidence on floor mats), what happened for AL to take this to a whole other level, sodomy, restraint and murder? When I looked at the texts the fact that he had texted her wondering why she was mad at him sparked my curiosity, what the Hell was going on ? The time frame is also puzzling. I must spend some time and figure out distances between places.

He either killed her or had her in bondage by 11:40, took a trip in town to get the gas and then returned to try and destroy her body, then hurried home. Curious if this was only gas station open at that time.

The guy had a willing piece of tail at home! He's a predator, and I'm sure there are more out there. Rapes at least.

Can you imagine what msg this is sending to the daughter? Can you imagine her "parental guidance" for the daughter when she starts dating?????? OMG!

I really think he has got something on her (blackmail) for her to stand beside him like she is. It just doesn't make any sense at all, imo. Maybe he study hypnosis in prison....???

I'm sure if EB's family has learned what transpired that night, they are having a long talk with her......or may be thinking of getting the kids. ???

I don't think AD agreed to oral sex. She thought she was going to party and learned quickly, imo, she wasn't. My guess around 11:20. There was a text from her cell at that time, but they didn't say who to or what the text said. Was she trying to call her mother? Her phone was "off" at 11:40. He had his way in that 20 mins....He then drives to Love's for gas and at 11:57 calls EB and says he's sick.?? At 12:10 he gets 1/2 gal of gas and returns to plant, does his dirty deed and starts for home...calling EB at 12:33. Dang it. He definitely has somethig on EB or she was way more involved.!!!!!

We have to remember there is so much more we don't know and prolly many witnesses to come. I think we have only heard and seen the tip of the iceberg...so to speak. Ugh.

I've been re-reading and thinking. I truly believe Eva was involved somehow.

1. They had the kids sleep over at the brothers. Why go home at 10:30 and not stay out and party? Come on.

2. He? texted AD at 9:46...she was with the family on her way home.....THEY were together then. Did Eva go to the ladies room? Did they get into a argument....about AD? Did they set this up together?

3. She all too willingly helped destroy evidence.

4. She didn't bother to call LE....with the above knowledge. What the hades did the stains look like on the pants? So far all we know is she saw them either in the dryer or laying outside of it the next morning and saw the stains. Did she see them before he washed them? If so, she had to know if they were blood or oil.

5. Terrible no matter how you look at it, but I hope she was suffocated with the duct tape over her nose and mouth (little Caylee) before he poured the fuel over her.

6. Flying thoughts....did Eva overhear the boys and AL talking about AD for some reason in the garage that Sat. afternoon?.....And they were back promptly the next day.

After prosecution JUST learned of Eva's knowledge of the smell of gasoline just a day before the PH, I think they are doing a double take on her. Think about it...they have been questioning her since Aug 23 - Nov 17...that's almost 2 1/2 months, and she held that back. Maybe part of the reason no postings on the FB sites. Trouble in River City, so to speak.

Eva was/is a very insecure person.

Why was AD grasping jewelry in her hand when found? I think that is crucial.

Just wanted to mention, the press asked the hearing for a copy of the autopsy report and a photo of the jewelry. I guess the cell phone records were obtained by the reporter via court records....warrants, dicovery, etc.

Westside64....how close are you to Great Bend? Feel like taking a trip to the GB courthouse?

Cathdawg, I'm reviewing my notes and trying to go back and clean up the spelling, etc on the timeline and recap of the PH. This entry about the "sick and damn" comment was my very first note. Ms. Smith, the KBI analyst said it was a text from AL's phone saying "Sick" at 23:57. The next saying "Damn" was from EB at 24:49. Those are my notes of what I heard. That's almost an hour later, so....I don't know what that is suppose to mean. But, if you go back to the blog, someone there is questioning what she said at 11:57. The blog doesn't mention the text about sick/damn at all. Swear I heard that....Now I hope it comes up again at trial. Surely it will.

They said it was 23:57 or 11:57 when the no party text happened. Smith said it came about an hour after the text that he was at the house.

I have been searching high and low for the transcript for the preliminary hearing. Unlike Casey A's trial I thought the news station would post the live coverage in parts. No such luck.

Why would AL text Alicia @9:47 pm asking Alicia if she was mad at him????(while he was with EB) ?

Does anyone recall the neighbor(Tiffany)while on the stand being asked a few times by the Prosecutor if there could have been someone else in the car ie the back seat? I think she responded by saying the rear windows were tinted!

This puzzles me, why did Alicia give AL her address? I thought he knew where she lived?

While on the stand EB testified that she spoke with AL on Mon. I am thinking she visited him on Mon as that is his day for visits for his pod.

Within this news clip while being questioned by prosecution about 1:46 secs in EB answers questions .......she seems so defensive......it is really interesting how she responds to being questioned about marrying AL! According to the reporter she recently changed the time line of AL being home at 11:15 not 12:30 am, this change raised the eye brows of the prosecution.
