Lisa Brown said her sister told her this of the night that Alicia disappeared:
Her sister and Longoria had gone out to eat and returned home around 10:30 p.m. Longoria told her he had to leave to meet with undercover police officers, that he was an informant.
He came home around 12:30 a.m., smelling like diesel fuel. When she asked what happened, he said he stopped at the home of a friend and helped the friend deal with car problems.
He used bleach to clean his shoestrings and shoes.
He wore a shirt that had a blood stain.
When Brown's sister told her about the stain, she motioned in a way indicating it was a big stain, Brown said.
Brown's sister, when told of her sister's account of the stain, said it was wrong to say the stain was blood. She didn't elaborate.

Another puzzle, EB claimed while on stand that AL asked her to say he was at a Bar. AL also asked HH (aquaintance) to lie and say that he was at the Bar however, it is said that AL told EB that he was going to help a Friend fix a car?

JMO but fix the car scenario would help with the alibi of smelling like Gas , is this why she has changed her tune, LE knows he was at Love's at 12:20 so....how are they going to get around this?

9:57 PM He texts her to ask.....Why not talk to me. Want to party? I can pick you up. AD replies she will let him know when to pick her up and AL says there will lots of bottles of beer at his house and many people there. Alicia texted Longoria and said she was ready at her house. Longoria responded and asked what was her address. Alicia texted back her house address.

So they dropped EB's Kids off at Brother's around 7 pm, then off they went for dinner to the 'Rack ' or did they bowl first?
Anyways AL texting Alicia throughout the Eve from 9:47 til he picked her up at 11 pm.....all this time apparently with EB, I agree hollyblue this does not make sense.


I went to sis in laws (SB ) Facebook back to Aug 21 to see if she mentions babysitting EB's Kids, no mention , I realize this doesn't mean anything but I just wondered. SB actually worked that day, one of her 12 hr shifts.

Oh, another thought, does anyone recall EB being questioned by Prosecution about her Kids, he asked do they need a babysitter she responded by saying 'no' prosecution he then goes on to ask her if she took the Kids to her Brother's that Eve and she said 'yes' hmmm.......

I have been searching high and low for the transcript for the preliminary hearing. Unlike Casey A's trial I thought the news station would post the live coverage in parts. No such luck.

If they would put out a little bit of the video, that would be fantastic. I don't know if there will be transcripts of the PH, but it would be great if you find them. I posted the timeline and recap back on posts 415 & 417; and also updated the map. I saved the linked to the blog after listening to my favorties. SB is posting again.

Why would AL text Alicia @9:47 pm asking Alicia if she was mad at him????(while he was with EB) ?

Does anyone recall the neighbor(Tiffany)while on the stand being asked a few times by the Prosecutor if there could have been someone else in the car ie the back seat? I think she responded by saying the rear windows were tinted!

This puzzles me, why did Alicia give AL her address? I thought he knew where she lived?

I didn't catch that testimony. Did you hear it or read about somewhere? Surprised me too he didn't know where she lived. Could just be BS coming from him too and maybe AD wasn't aware he actually knew.

Within this news clip while being questioned by prosecution about 1:46 secs in EB answers questions .......she seems so defensive......it is really interesting how she responds to being questioned about marrying AL! According to the reporter she recently changed the time line of AL being home at 11:15 not 12:30 am, this change raised the eye brows of the prosecution.

Yes, she changed her story. Another thought...LOL....What if EB and the others were either in the car, or waiting somewhere for AL to bring her to? Remember the neighbor said he did see them all leave around the same time and it was about 11. Too, Longoria in his interview on camera, that was subpoenaed by LE said something to the effect of the guys were over there or texted that they wanted to come over and party....have to check that. I thought it interesting that EB said AL told her to lie and say he was at Willy J's....as he did HH. He also told HH that after "seeing" him to just go on and do what you were. Why did he have to tell him that? Was HH doing something he needed an alibi for?

She has as many stories as Joran Van der Sloot. Good question...I had him at Love's at 12:10, but don't know if that matters. Remember too, somehow the family knew or was given info about Love's. AD was to meet a friend there and never showed????? Is this true? Was there a friend waiting for her there, and AD never showed?
They silenced (IR's name) Tammy saying AD, when she came in to Tam's BR, said she was going with IR..in her testimony.
All 3 of boys can be viewed on FB as well as HH...see friends of IR. One of them, can't recall which...says on 8/25 that (paraphrasing) things are messed up but will be ok.

Him leaving with the gas at 12:10, returning to Venture's, doing the deed, and then hitting home at 12:35 sure sounds like a very tight timeline. That's 25 minutes to drive 14-15 miles and set her on fire.

They went bowling first, then The Rack and back home by 10:30. EB says nothing of the boys and that 10:30 time. She did say they were there, in the garage, that Sat. afternoon and left shortly before she and AL went out. ....And then they came over again Sunday.

Has no one told her about perjury and obstruction of justice???? I'd really like some further background on her. I know she was pretty young when she lost her mother, and then her father about the time her oldest was born, but curious about her teen years, her ex and her social life prior to meeting AL on line....And just how did she manage that....just playing on the internet or was there a link some way some how? Seriously troubled, imo.

I am not sure if docstock.com will eventually have the transcript to this trial. I tried yesterday but zip.

The news station has the footage of the trial why did they not post it in parts, frustrating.

Perhaps I can email a reporter and find out if there is a way to get a copy.

I know in the Casey A trial the doc's are expensive however the News Station obtain the doc's and then post them for the Public.

This also puzzles me, initially he wanted his relationship with EB deemed common law so EB would not have to testify against him (privileged). Then just before the PT he changed his tune..... and withdrew this motion. Now he has asked EB to marry him ....hmmm what are they thinking.


EB is messed up Big Time. She now knows that his seminal fluid was found on the car mat along with Alicia's DNA, it is alleged that he forced Alicia to have Oral Sex with him. I would say this evidence along with all the other 'stuff' ie texts, smelling like gas, stains on clothes etc. would make her give her head a shake...If anything I would think LE would charge her with destroying evidence or more......JMO

I think the only reason he asked her to marry him (which was after AD's death) is he knew a wife could not testify against him. Why the change....I'm not yet certain. If she's testifying against him, why the lying, hiding facts, and so many different stories? Because she was more involved, imo. You have the kids gone for the night...just you two....and he decides to go out again and not take advantage of the opportunity??? Be nice to see just where her phone pings were when rec'g texts from AL....they have yet to say. Was he telling half truths about the bottles and beer and many people being there? Why say lots of bottles....and not just bottles of beer or lots of beer. Why separate the bottles in the statement? Did he/they? kill her with the bottles? Is this where the blood came from? So many questions and we're going to have to wait til March? Ugh.

You know all of the boys will prolly testify and I wonder about sister L?

I'm real upset with the misinformation. I know I heard 23:47 and so did the people on the blog. WTH gives. The 12:47 fits better into the timeline, but I wish they would get it straight. Also, the same reporter who did the blog stated in her article it was AD's ankles, mouth and HANDS that were duct taped....I did not hear that. But, right ankle, mouth and nose. Grrrrrr. Yep, we need to see the video..a little at a time or a transcript would be better!! Why have a video, if the articles and blog don't have the same info?????

I read on a reporters tweet page that the judge made a ruling no tweets or blogs allowed in the court room. The blog was done during breaks. JMO

According to Brown, Longoria asked her the night of Aug. 23 to "say he was at Willie J's" house if police asked where he was the night of Aug. 21. Brown admitted Longoria has proposed to her since DeBolt's disappearance. She at one point accepted the proposal but said she now doesn't know where their relationship is headed.

After Brown testified, an unidentified man from the gallery in the courtroom followed Brown into a room in the courthouse, where the two exchanged words before officers escorted him out. The man was yelling that Brown was a liar and should be arrested.
