Maybe someone can clarify this no contact order. I have reread it a zillion times and......I wonder if the 'no contact' order is between Brother JB and EB? As they are both going to both be witnesses.....any thoughts.

I drove thru Great Bend last month for my son's football game in Larned. The drive takes us right past the concrete plant AL worked at and where AD was found. I took a couple pictures, may I post them here?

Also, I am going to GB this weekend (hopefully) to help my parents move. I'm thinking of getting pictures of the Love's gas station he went to, and then driving to the plant, then back to the house he was living in to see how much time elapsed. If there is anything, or any pictures anyone wants while I'm in town, let me know. I'd be happy to take them.

The plant is on the left hand side of road, not far from road, all equipment, rock, etc was clearly visible. Even saw the small "pond" on the property, just wasn't able to stop and get pics.

ksnurse, I do not see a problem with you posting the Pic's. When you look at the timeline its pretty tight and it would be great to see these places of interest.

AL picked up Alicia @ 11:01 ...............her last call on her phone was 11:40 AND the phone 'pinged' at the Concrete place, that is only 40 min's.

My very first notes from it were:

This was from EB's testimony and I thought it was he who sent the "sick" text!!!

I thought I had reviewed all of the articles from the PH, but I don't recall seeing or reading this one, with the mention of AD texting her friends about school, etc til her phone when silent....along with the text from her mother asking where she is. First I've heard of that. Too, according to the article, after her text to him at 11:57 he didn't reply for 24 minutes....and we haven't heard that reply...which would have been at 12:21am. The next text we know about is at 12:33 when he supposedly texted her he was on his way home.

Great pics. Very clear. Is it possible to turn onto the road the gravel is on and get a pic of the cemetery....the fence, etc? The oil container jug LE found was just over the fence into the cemetery. I'm surpised you could she the pond from the road...as it seems to be lower than the area of the gravel and sand piles, but maybe it was just the angle of the aerial photos. Thanks again for taking the time to do that.

Yes, and 15 minutes later there were texts between AL and EB and he was on his way to Love's to arrive at 12:08.

jmo, but I think he was the one who flipped out on her at the courthouse and accused her of lying....which I think she is. Seems she may be playing everyone for her 'odds' and is going to get caught in the web she is weaving. I'm still open with the thought that she was more involved because of her tremendous insecurities with men. Didn't she talk to AD's parents about AD texting AL?

SHE moved this ex-con in to her house and now had a BF and a father figure for her children (ugh) and now some little 14 yr old was a threat???

If in fact EB was sick, why? was she involved with Alicia's demise, did she know he was going to see her, she most likely was jealous of Alicia. I must find the neighbors clip who said Alicia was at the Home of AL and EB's that night. The time frame is so....tight!

So did it go like this.....AL picks up Alicia at her home, then where did he take her for the Oral sodomy?(it obviously happened in the SUV) Then AL goes to Love's to buy gas then to Concrete place. Was Alicia still in the SUV alive or was she already dead in the SUV or.......did this all go down in his driveway after he picked her up and maybe EB caught them?

They are saying her phone pinged west of GB before it "quit". That last news article in the Eagle said she was texting alot....imo while in the car. AL states that LE told him she had texted someone that she was meeting someone at Love's and then to attend a party....but who the heck was she suppose to meet at Love's IF it was her texting? Your right the timeline is very tight. He bought gas at approx 12:10 and was supposedly on his way home at 12:33. Wonder what time he really got home?

I keep thinking about the texts that were sent to Alicia prior to 10:00, when he was still out on the town with EB. Something is not right here.

Okay, according to your notes the 24:49 text 'damn'! means he could not have been home, she said he was home at 12:33 right? Then she changed her tune and said he came back @ 11:15........So......HE WAS NOT HOME AT 12:33! hmmmm

Here's the timeline again. The 12:33 was the text....he arrived home at 12:35 per EB.

The text (which I thought was from AL (sick) 23:57 and her response was (Damn) 24:49......now with all this....was it EB that sent that 11:57 to AL and if so...no matter who sent or received....how does the text of "no party" play into this. It was first said to sent at 11:57 and then 12:57....per a few articles. Transcript.....needed.....

Could the "sick, throwing up" and "no party" text be one and same? Same time sent according to some.
