Originally arrested (5/9/18) & charged (5/7/18) with attempted murder & endangering a child. After Anthony died charges were changed. Plead not guilty. $250K bond.
*Lucas Aaron Diel (25) (BF) charged (5/8/18) & arraigned (9/6/18) with 1st degree murder. Originally arrested (5/9/18) & charged (5/7/18) with attempted 1st degree murder & endangering a child. After Anthony died charges were changed. Plead not guilty. $250K bond.
