The Wichita Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing 22-year-old man who was Asperger Syndrome and diabetes.
Blake Payne is white, stands 5-foot-9 and weighs 130 pounds. He has brown shoulder-length hair, hazel eyes and a goatee, and was last seen at Towne West Square at around 3:45 p.m. Thursday.
Payne was wearing a white and black sweatshirt, red shirt, blue jeans and black and white checkered Vans shoes, and he was driving a four-door red 2008 Chevrolet Malibu with an Oklahoma temporary tag.
Wichita police said in a news release that Payne has been diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and is Type 1 diabetic. It's unknown if he left home with any of his medication.
