Okay - I noticed that there are 3 case #s here. The 2018-CR- 000295-FE is a current criminal case, which I have no idea what that is about & looks like an arraignment for those charges on 1/14.

The 2nd one 2017-CR-002587-FE & 2017-CR-003475-FE is the murder case.

*Sentencing (@ 8:30am CT) - KS – Evan Brewer (3) (July 7, 2017, Wichita; found encased in concrete Sept. 2, 2017) – only for *Miranda R. Miller (36) “mom” charged (11/7/17) with aggravated interference with child custody; on 12/5/17 charged with 1st degree murder & felony child abuse; plead not guilty. $500K bond.
4/16/18 update Miller took plea deal – plead guilty to 2nd degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, abuse & aggravate endangerment of child. A plea agreement with prosecutors that will put her behind bars for 27-and-a-half years in exchange for testifying against Bodine.
11/13/18 Defense motion filed for new attorney; wants to change her plea. Hearing on 11/28.
11/28/18 Update: Plead guilty to 2nd degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, child abuse & aggravated endangerment. Sentencing will be on 1/14/19. Bare minimum sentence would be 25 years in prison.
*Stephen M. Bodine (40) (BF) indicted (12/5/17) with 2 counts of 1st degree murder & 1 count of felony child abuse & 1 count of aggravated child endangerment & 1 count of aggravated kidnapping. Indicted (11/7/17) with 1 count of aggravated assault & interference with parental custody & criminal damage to property (against Evan’s father); plead not guilty; $500K bond.
10/24/18 Update Day 8 of trial: Verdict: Guilty on all counts first-degree murder, abuse abuse of a child first-degree murder, endangerment aggravated endangerment of a child aggravated kidnapping, interference aggravated kidnapping, terrorize aggravated assault criminal damage to property. Sentencing is Dec. 17; sentenced to 109 ½ years in prison.

All I can find are the same old articles where they speculated 27-29 years. Court site is pay per search. Sorry I can’t give you a more definite answer.

All of the reporters on Twitter who reported her court date in December had no follow up. I’ve searched every place I can think.

Stephen Bodine gets 109 1/2 years.

Miranda Miller was to be sentenced January and I see two different dates...14 and 21....on different sites....but I saw this article below that she may want to change her plea from guilty to not guilty. Could this be stalling the procedures?

Other then that I have not found any other info and I watch the local news daily and read locally too.

Sometimes KFDI, a radio station will have news printed way before the local TV channels.

Hey MsJosie - I noticed that article is from Nov. 2018. Well, I don't see how she can change her mind now. She testified at Koehn's trial & plead guilty back on 11/28/18.

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) -

A Wichita woman will spend more than 25 years in prison for the death of her 3-year-old son whose remains were found encased in concrete.

A judge sentenced 37-year-old Miranda Miller to 310 months on Thursday. She pleaded guilty last year to charges of second-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping, child abuse and aggravated child endangerment. The remains of Miller's son, Evan Brewer, were found at a south Wichita home in September of 2017.
