A 2-year old girl is missing in Wichita. She disappeared from the area of 31st St S and Oliver, which is the same area where John Wilson was last seen, very close to the McConnell AFB.

The girl stands 2-foot-3 and weighs 40 pounds. She was last seen wearing a lime green and yellow shirt, tan leggings, black and pink shoes.

According to some comments on the Wichita Police Facebook page, they were not notified about the child missing until Sunday evening, even though she went missing Sunday morning.

The problem is there's no confirmed abduction. If there's no knowledge of how the child disappeared, then it does not qualify because there's no description of a suspect and/or vehicle.
