The UID that you mentioned has a tat of a coffin?? Little strange. But this guy found in the water does not have that. I am sure that would have been mentioned. On the other hand, the similarities of the wording probably does mean this guy is of Hispanic race. Good find.

Yea possibly especially that Latino Wolf tattoo gives a clue of some kind that probably he is.

Case History: This unidentified male was recovered from the Kaw River on 06/09/2017 after a citizen observed it floating and called police. The subject has multiple tattoos on him and appears to be white or Hispanic.

I am thinking that the WOLF tattoo may say LAMAR at the top. The best place for viewing wild wolves is in Lamar Valley in Yellowstone NP. Maybe he comes from that area, or was fascinated with the wolves.

Search on 'lamar wolf' and you will get numerous hits.

Offender Details
Looks like Jerry was a known sexual offender living in Kansas City, MO . I wonder if the Missouri State Highway Patrol is aware he's deceased.
