So she made two phone calls while at Olive Garden? I wonder if it's at all possible that someone else is involved. Someone to help "dispose" of poor Lucas? I assume they know who those calls were to, right?
We don't know yet, but maybe someone else was back at the house and she's gonna hang it on them? Remember who was interviewed?
sitting on my fingers right now

There is a creek around the Olive Garden area but I wonder if it would be too heavily trafficked in that area to go unnoticed.

Ok I am going to sound dumb but what is bowls of MJ?

Where did she put Lucas?

An apparatus used to smoke marijuana. Most resemble a small pipe but are made of glass. A few bowls, smoked alone, is a lot of marijuana, even if the bowl is small JMO.

A bowl of Marijuana, usually the shape of a small pipe. The end of the pipe is called the bowl, and the MJ is put in there.

Did she need 3 bowls of marijuana to calm herself down after what she may or may not have done??? JMO

Could Olive Garden be when Lucas was last seen alive? We know he was seen on the 16th by someone... maybe she did take him.

  • #528
Maybe she means a hitter? Where only a small amount of MJ is put in at the tip? Might have just been easier to refer to it as a bowl...and no, not making excuses for her but damn, that is a LOT of marijuana if she really did mean bowls...

Right!? I keep thinking that as tragic as this is, at least she didn't take all four of them out. The other 3 should be safe now... right? If I were her ex, I would be absolutely terrified right now.
There's NO WAY a judge will let her see those boys right now. No way. They better not!

Not surprised at all. Over the years we have all seen many women who choose an abusive boyfriend/husband over the safety of their children. This is the same scenario, just the gender of the couple is reversed. JMO

Indeed, we have.

You don't think she may have left her daughter at home and taken Lucas to his "disposal" site, endangering the daughter by leaving her unsupervised?

IF there is a lawyer on here maybe they can explain....however from what I found, It is possible, the 'high' bond, could be a result of a court order by Butler County Courts along with failure to follow the Judges rules about drugs. Also, in the article, which I will make a few snips below, any contact with any other children could be in jeopardy because of smoking marijuana.....this is what I take from the article.

EG "has had anger issues and until a few months ago was allowed only supervised visits with her own two young sons, according to court records." This would be Butler County.

"A Butler County judge in October allowed Glass to have unsupervised visits with her own two sons – but kept custody with the boys’ father." This would be in 2017

EG had unneeded confrontation, bad language, in front of and to the children. The children father said she assaulted him while he 'held' them. EG would fight people she dated, broke windows.

Whatever rules Butler County Judge set up, was going to slowly allow EG to have more parenting time after she completed certain courses.

"The order said that Glass “has used illegal drugs in the past and is forgiven” but warned that any future use would be seen as “a choice by her not to parent” her children. She was not allowed to leave Butler and Sedgwick counties with the children."

EG filed an affidavit and said she was "“fit and proper parent,” was “stable and clean from any illicit drugs” and should be able to “spend quality, alone time” with her children."

The bond could have been high because of the anger issues, physical assault, and drug use....all which violated Butler County orders, even though this was now taking place in Sedgwick County. I wonder, if EG is released, if she could be picked up by Butler County for violation of court orders?

The below is a good article by the Wichita Eagle Newspaper.

I wonder why they didn't also charge her with driving under the influence?
Perhaps...she was not the one driving?

He is quoted in this article calling her his wife.
I believe this is the first time I have seen the word wife used.

"There shouldn’t be a lynch-mob mentality against his wife, he said."

"If his wife can obtain a lower bond and get out of jail, it would benefit her and their children — their daughter and Lucas, Hernandez said."

I know the news article attributes it with direct quotation marks and saying ‘he said’ however, he wouldn’t have said ‘ his wife’ as it says multiple times here, he would’ve said ‘my wife’ right? So I don’t know that you can take that as JH specifically calling her wife

I am behind there almost everyday. I walk my dog there and have been up and down that stretch. It would be a good place.

Not very important but Emily Glass's use of the phrase "a few" is different than what many would consider a few (3-4).

In her jail interview, she said she saw that weird/questionable couple A FEW days before Lucas was reported missing.
Did we determine that "sighting" was on the 11th? 6 days prior to Lucas being reported missing? So, does A FEW bowls mean 6 bowls?

Ok so thought on this some more. Put yourself in her head. You’re thinking: I did it. I killed him. Then the panic sets in. So you smoke some mj. Still not calming down. You think I need to not panic. I need to calm down. Smoke some more mj. Nope still panicking. Smoke some MORE mj. Ok I’m calm. Now I’m loopy and hungry. Let’s get food. Leave the crime scene to eat, think, contemplate next move. Make some calls....JMO

Would be interesting to know if she had dined alone at Olive Garden or if she was with another adult(s)....
This might be the one chance to detect another person's involvement, and another vehicle to search...

A FEW bowls?!

Uh...wouldn't one bowl be a sufficient amount to reach a sufficient high, even the cheap stuff? A FEW?!

ETA: only a mention of her and the daughter going to Olive Garden. Is this another "Sherin Mathews" situation except replace On The Border with Olive Garden? She left Lucas home? Or was Lucas with someone else, the last person to reportedly see him, whom we do not know of or details about?
That must have been some crap weed! A few hits should have done her fine. I guess it depends on how big the bowl of her pipe is, but yes I agree that sounds superfluous and excessive. Interesting.
