I agree it would rule most people out.... not sure it rules JH out, unfortunately.

Exactly. With the time frame we have, is it huge, and anything could be a possibility at this point. Time to go back and review EVERYTHING

I don’t know about anyone else, but If a child were sick and In my care, I would Definitely check on them- temperature, and everything else

So would I! But remember that not all people are like us.
EG is certainly not. Birds of a feather...:moo:

And this where the judicial system fails the child. I wouldn't let her anywhere near that little girl. This woman smoked a bowl of pot and then drove under the influence with that baby in the car to an Olive Garden, then drove back home. This boggles my mind why they'd let her anywhere near the little girl. Especially considering it seems she is the POI of in the homicide investigation of another child who they can't find,

Thanks for posting the link! I immediately noticed the 2 women sitting in the back of the courtroom. The camera then focuses in on them directly, with the reporter later stating that EG did have family in the courtroom. Easy to assume those 2 women were the family members.

[going to look for that first video of her “family member” speaking on the night he went missing to compare faces...]

You will see the same face

I like your thoughts.
Another thing is that especially when a child has been sick, would someone necessarily go in their room and "wake" them? I mean couldn't they have come in the home and not noticed anything wrong just thinking he was sleeping. Or if already known who this person is by LE couldn't they have claimed this was the case? Heck if I know. This is just so upsetting.
:moo:
Maybe Lucas called someone or video chatted with someone on tablet. My grandson does that with his daddy when he is away for work. Facetime

Pay attention to the speculations our VI is clicking "thanks" to. ;)

Our VI, FLA, "knows the answer, but for reasons they don't understand cannot say."
I'd say our answer to what we want to know is partially hinted at. JMO and Thankyou FLA

JMO

I have tried that, but I've seen VI "thank" theories that clash other theories they've clicked "thank" on, so who knows :gaah:

We can also put aside ideas about where the father was on Friday night.

I'm not ready to dismiss the whereabouts of the father, it was "reportedly" not confirmed. JMO

I wouldn't focus too much on the term "reportedly". Usually, it just means that is what has been reported to the source saying it, not anything unverified....by now, they've had ample time to track his movements for those critical times.

ETA : Not just a flight risk... but I feared EG might try to move Lucas' body --if he's deceased. :(
That's the ONLY reason I was just a tiny bit hoping that she would be released! Praying that she would mess up somehow and lead us straight to him... but I'm good with this scenario as well!! I know we would all love to have a quick glance at that full affidavit!! Still praying Lucas baby!!

Yes the people you hang with often share a whole lot of "things" in common with you.

oh no....sounds like she is 'cleared' now for bail. Don't they just need 5 grand to bail her out now?

That’s all they have needed since bond was set 2/26

EG may not know exactly where the body is.

Hmm... maybe EG was at OG to establish an "alibi" for someone else too!

Oh darn...thought I was onto something as I noticed one thanks on a posted theory, then another thanks on a different post that included a couple theories, one of which was the same/similar to the previously "thanked" theory, but no "thanks" on theories which were not similar to the other two. Must be reading too much into things.

Sorry folks, perhaps these aren't the droids we're looking for.

RSBM

No, she may not know... if someone else disposed of him. (hating typing it like that--- but to possibly more than one person-- he was an inconvenience. )

Is that typical of endangerment cases?

I think it is a tool they may be using. Playing to the ‘poor Emily’ thing... allowing her limited and supervised by a judge visits.

"Reportedly" ? Wow.
As in--- LE do not know where he was at that time ?
Wasn't he driving 12 hours back from work ?

How can authorities not know where he was ?

" Curiouser and curiouser....." (from Alice in Wonderland)
:moo:

He was ‘reportedly’ out of town working the day before when she went to OG it doesn’t say anything about his whereabouts the next day when she reported him missing
