But I had got to thinking about this after really sitting here to put this together. Don't you think they'd have her on a neglect charge or a endangerment for Lucas if he was left alone & LE had it on good authority?

They did - initially - charge her with endangering both children. The DA tabled the charges regarding Lucas and said it was because it was part of the ongoing investigation. That part is still coming I believe.

I realize no one wants to see Emily bailed out, but it would be sort of...appealing to see Camp Emily scrounge up 5,000 just to have her immediately re-arrested on the other endangerment charges. Just digging deep for silver linings regarding bail.

Do you honestly believe he was alive while she was eating her tour of Italy?

I think he was. I think she may have mistreated him, or punished him, and she left him home alone. Shades of Sherin Matthews:rose:

I think whatever happened to him, happened that night, after she returned home from OG.

EG may not know exactly where the body is.
:moo:

EXACTLY- like I stated earlier after the interview with her, I was left noting she wanted us to hear her side, she knew what happened, but may not know where he is - HENCE 2nd person! This is why I am crazy about “the last person to see him”! Any other players LE could track via phone records-unless she acted alone. I am going to have to take a break and put this all together from the beginning- it’s here, we have to see through the b.s. side note: it doesn’t help that we don’t know her vehicle make and model either-

Yes I remember, but who was that member. May have been a good hiding place while she was at OG. jmo

I'm sorry, I don't know who it was. My memory is not the greatest, and apparently, I don't know how to search either. I tried three times. :(

Yes, this is my thought. Deceased before she took her daughter out to eat, but not gotten rid of until after darkness fell that (Friday) night. That left her the rest of the night and all of the next day to stash him where ever, clean and tidy up and get her story straight before calling in his "disappearance".

But the cadaver dogs would have been alerting like crazy if there had been a dead body there for that much time, in my opinion...

JMO

It really doesn't matter who. The fact it is a good hiding place. She could have set heavy things on top to keep him from getting out if he was still alive. jmo

With-holding food is a common punishment in abuse cases. We've seen it in the Turpin case. I can easily imagine EG taunting a sick Lucas, telling him he has to stay home while she and <modsnip> get to go to Olive Garden. I think the pictures we've seen over time show noticeable weight loss.

JMO but we don’t know that they didn’t.

We haven’t ever heard which dogs alerted to what or where have we? If we did I missed it. All I saw was the article on Blue, and LE stated early on they had used dogs but hadn’t been able to locate him in the house or neighborhood.

Who says they weren’t?

LE NEVER said the dogs never alerted.
We do not have any idea if they alerted or not.

I think any reason we come up with why EG could have left Lucas home is just wild speculation. We don't know if he was left at home or not. I hate to see rumor turned into fact. jmo and moo

The investigators know a lot more than we do, and they seem to think that is what happened. Is it wild speculation if LE made a statement accusing her of doing so?

RSBM

No, she may not know... if someone else disposed of him. (hating typing it like that--- but to possibly more than one person-- he was an inconvenience. )
:moo:

Ultimately she is to blame. He was in her control- just as she stated on the interview “ I took care of him everyday ya know?” “He was never on my care when he got those bruises”. Ok- which is it- either you took care of him everyday and he didn’t have bruises, or he was in someone else’s care getting bruised up- who else has this child in their care? I’m sorry, but I’m super pissed right now- disgusted, sick, enraged, does not even cut it. Deep down I’m sad, and We have to find this little boy so justice can be served in a swift manor. Ughhhh
 done now.

Hey Everyone,

A quick reminder Lucas Hernandez' father has not been named as a suspect.

Thanks,
Tricia

I may be wrong on this but I think PB warned us all not to think that the dogs didn't pick up any scent.:gaah: Don't know anymore. Confused.

I hate to say this but I honestly have a strong feeling that Lucas was not alive at all when she smoked her bowls and took and her daughter to OG. I think she smoked her bowls for nerves and then got drunk to erase the memory so to speak. So I believe that she did something to that poor boy the day before or that morning and then cleaned up after herself.
.
I think you are right, now that we know she said she was cleaning that day
