Refreshed here and here’s a new theory:
Friday the 16th afternoon: 3:00- smokes after cleaning the house
-Has Lucas stay home , he’s ill. Or passed.
4ish-goes to eat at OG
Landlord wants/needs to come by the property
(1st phone call)4:53
She says she’s gone but will be back
(2nd phone call)5:43>or close to- he calls again to see if she’s home
She says I’m on my way back to house (landlord needs/wants her to open the property)
She gets home, let’s him in- he sees Lucas ( in bed, or awake.
That’s the Lucas Alibi- take or leave a few details.
Landlord leaves- she’s pist because Lucas loved this cat and the landlord just busted them. (??).
Now, we have a lot of time here to “get rid of Lucas”.
6 pm Friday - 6 pm on Saturday.
Have I missed anything?!

ETA- or the landlord stopped by to Makesure there was no cat*

Although I really can't commit to a single theory of what happened to Lucas, I am convinced LE knows what happened to him. I know they brought the dogs to the house, but I can't help but wonder if they missed him and he's there. One of many things that have stuck out in my mind is when EG was seen gardening. It seems like a strange thing to be concerned about with a very sick child in the house, an infant to take care of, and probably many things to do and put away after the move. I feel like many of her actions around the time Lucas went missing were to be seen and create an appearance that everything was 'normal'. I realize I'm probably not making much sense but this case has had me tied up in knots for weeks and I can't stop thinking about that poor child and what he must have gone through. Where can he be? So much ground has been covered as far as searches and still nothing which is what leads me back to the simplest place.. home. All JMO of course.

So if EG arrived home from dinner at OG with daughter a little after 6pm, having made a call around 6pm that pinged near OG, and the report was filed at 1814, were the police waiting for her when she arrived home from OG? Or were the endangerment charges retro to the 16th after questioning her on the 17th regarding Lucas disappearing, thus the same time, 1814? KWIM?

Earlier the video of EG in court was posted and it seemed she ignored the people in the gallery. Could she actually be feeling some guilt and could not face them or are prisoners not allowed to acknowledge their supporters?
It depends on the type of hearing, but something like this one, where they have had had hearings for multiple, unrelated defendants at once, they will instruct the inmates not to interact or sometimes even to not look at anyone they recognize.

I'm struggling to believe the gardening has anything to do with Lucas being missing. We know he didn't go missing until 6pm or later on Friday the 16th. IIRC, the gardening was on the 11th, or even earlier.

I agree with this. I doubt the gardening is involved.

I’m literally JUST putting together the details from the affidavit released and the police report that was released last week. Wow, I’m slow. It ALL makes sense now. 🤦*♀️

I understand where you're coming from but my point about the gardening has to do with premeditation. If neighbors saw her gardening in the front yard, if there was some digging going on a week or so later, maybe it wouldn't stand out so much. It's a big stretch, I know, but where is he? For someone that tells LE she smoked a few bowls and got hungry so drove her 1 year old to go eat at OG, she doesn't appear to be very bright. Who would say that, seriously? However, up to now she has managed to outsmart everyone looking for Lucas. How do you reconcile that? I keep thinking she's going to get away with this and I just can't stand the thought.

Please elaborate if you will. Exactly what makes sense?

The focus should be on the dark hours of Friday evening and Saturday morning.

Focus should be on the time after OG.

Is this the focus for him being transported?
Or for whatever happened to him, or both?

So it’s possible that the landlord was in fact stopping by to verify the cat was gone.

MOO.

I strongly believe this is where the 6pm-6pm time frame comes from. I'm not sure if he was alive when the landlord saw him, but I believe the landlord did see him that afternoon. The VI's haven't stated if they believe he was alive at that point.

However, for our sleuthing purposes he would have been transported in the dark so like 8pm-5am sometime, give or take an hour or so.

When in custody they are supposed to look straight ahead and at the judge. No turning around to look at people or smile or wave. I've seen defendants yelled at for turning their head.

No when in jail if you get caught talking or signaling to someone you get in trouble. My youngest daughter ( up till a year ago) was with a looser) He is in jail every month .My daughter has 2 little boys with this guy and would go to every court hearing and follow him on everything .He was always in trouble for talking to her.

The post mirandized part of the affidavit caught my attention. Why was EG read her rights prior to her telling them this story about getting high and going to OG?

They are going to Mirandize her way before they even let her say anything about Lucas. If she blurts out something incriminating and they hadn't read her her rights, they could lose the ability to use that info during the trial.

Sorry to break the flow of the conversation, but does anyone know "what time" the hearing is on April 16th?

TIA!

Where are you sweet boy....

Probably mad they haven’t bonded her out.

I thought the family looked mad because the bond wasn't lowered. That way they could bond her out. imo jmo

Because they have to. If they don’t read her rights before questioning then nothing she says is admissible.

Why would EG admit to LE about smoking the weed, much less the quantity she did?

Why tell on yourself for doing something illegal when she wasn’t caught?
