Well, it leads me to believe that she was angry for him being away so much “see what happens when your gone” type of thing- makes me seriously wonder about a 2nd player. She could just make up scenarios for sympathy, but what else happens to her when he’s gone?

I'm a little surprised that wife/not wife, is still being debated. Isn't a public defender based on financial need?

I guess I assumed she was not able to count his income since she did get an attorney appointed from the public defense pool; therefore not wife. Bad assumption?

I suppose the statements he released after that muddy the waters a bit, but we've discussed how that might've been intentional.

I suppose he might not make as much as was speculated. Or is it not so much an income cap for public defense, as a sliding fee based on need?

I’ve posted the link elsewhere I can find it again if needed but I took a screen shots of the income limits - it’s got an income cap, but there can be a partial pay established also.

There is no telling what else happens. I continue to think there's a second person involved too. Have zero proof but we are just sleuthing after all. IMHO Lucas was old enough to tell anyone that was available to him what "Emily" (as FLA has said he called her) was up to, and surely she wasn't happy about that.

I think this impacts where Lucas could actually be. If she did do it on her own, I just have this feeling he is somewhere he cannot be “seen”. For example: (I hate stating this)- a well for instance, or in the water. Not shallow water. I just can’t shake it- I wish I had X-ray vision.

I feel that if someone else is responsible for placing Lucas somewhere, he can be found. If she alone did it, she won’t be able to stomach people knowing she did it, and probably had a really good place in mind or had always thought “no one would ever think to look here for someone” . I don’t know.....I’m rambling........

The Hoisington Police Department asks for help in the search for a toddler, reported missing from her home Tuesday afternoon.

The Barton County Sheriff's Office Ivionna Lewis was reported missing about 3:49 p.m. Tuesday, but was last seen about 10:50 p.m. Sunday.

OT.. Does she have a thread here yet? This is so sad... missing for 2 days before it was reported. These poor sweet babies!

Yes she did. She consented to the search of her cell phone. She knew the texts about smoking some bowls she sent to JH before she went to OG were on there.:moo:

I live in Cowley county and have been searching farm roads and ditches and creek beds for weeks. Taking different routes to work to cover what I can. I know the focus isn’t this far out but it’s what I can do. I also work part time at a small rural post office here and although we can’t post any flyers in the actual office I do talk to the customers when they come in to get their po box mail. Lots of farmers here.

THANK YOU!! I lived in Cowley for a short time and I still travel back & forth often. I remember reading that EG has lived in Udall at least for a period of time and figured anyone familiar with the path from Wichita to Udall would be familiar with the path from Wichita to Winfield & Ark City. She may not have gone that route, but you're right -- we do what we can do. I have some specific friends who have told me about searching their properties as far as Cedar Vale, Newkirk, and Ponca City!

This is not on Lucas but did anyone see the missing 2year old reported almost 2 days later in Hoisington Kansas ?

I just saw the news covering it for the first time today -- very little info....doesn't feel good right now given the long period of time between last seen and report, so I hope we get a lot more info very, very soon!

It's so hard to say, isn't it? I think EG was fully capable and gutsy enough to do it herself and tend to think her loved ones can't imagine that possibility -- yet someone mentioned earlier that she may have utilized some assistance from someone unknown to the family. I can see that possibility, as she does seem like someone who would prefer not to mix company because it suits her better not to...?

I was looking back at the original cat conversation that makes me want to ask that. A poster back then asked if perhaps the LL coming by on the 11th led to the picture story. It is plausible a landlord visit forced the owner surrender on the 12th. And maybe even some of the details of the picture people. Does the LL smoke?

Could she have somehow managed to get her cat back on the 13th? Or is that completely out of the question? Was the cat already gone when Lucas told FLA (or did PB relay that story?) that he might be getting a fish instead?

I'm just thinking of various extra chaotic scenarios if the cat is back/still there when LL visits on the 16th.

I'm not even sure EG knew immediately, or ever at all, that the landlord stopped by around 5:30 on the 16th.

Good thought but no, the male LL is not black.

I'm thinking more along the lines that she cheated on him and she tried to make it seem something it was not. There's no police report of her being sexually assaulted is there? If she was telling the truth a police report would be normal. And if JH believed her a police report would be normal.
What we all can agree on tho is that there was sexual involvement with another man and she and JH fought about it because there is a police report for that.

Also Jockey, The most recent allegations with her boys father - I am wondering if her boys were being “too rough” with Lucas, and JH physically stopped the boy/boys from doing what they were doing, or after the fact possibly put his hands on the boys out of anger because-of their interactions with Lucas. Even if she didn’t kick JH out after the fact, it still sounds like she was mad as a hornet over the whole situation. Another reason “she just doesn’t have her boys”. Of course no fault of her own SMH.

An excellent attorney will excuse themselves from the case if they believe their client is guilty. How can this woman stand there straight faced and defend that monster?
