Consider it done! (Someone, please remind me! :scared:)

I don’t know what the nondisclosure says and this is the first time I’ve heard about an official agreement. Can you let me know where it is so I can read it and be sure I don’t violate rules.

Also is anyone calling the local unions to see if they can they can email their union members and ask them to take an extra couple minutes to look around job sites and houses they are doing construction or repairs. Those are a lot of eyes out in the field and probably would happily reply. In the affirmative.

I am not a local and have no authority to do so. In fact it would be good to contact construction company’s, the carpentry union and all the union offices in the phone book and request the same.

My prayers go to everyone this morning. I am among those who wish Lucas to be found. And I hope the local people will choose to begin a tsunami for change in child protective services.

The NDA is for the local searchers.

The nondisclosure was signed by community volunteer searchers.

LE probably pinged her in the general vicinity, they then looked to see where a body might be hidden and the park was a big ol glaring neon sign blinking "LOOK HERE."

The problem with using cell towers is that they don't give you a precise location, it only puts you in a general area. Unless things have changed the basic process works like this: you have cell towers A, B & C. Lets say each tower covers a 3 mile radius (not all towers do this, some only have one antennae where the signal spreads out in a fan pattern, the tower needs an antennae on each side to provide radial coverage). So what happens next is you draw a 3 mile circle around Tower A, another around Tower B and one around Tower C, where the circles intersect each other is where the person's phone is located. That area could be as small as a city block or as large as a square mile or so. Now lets say Tower A has a single antennae that spreads out in a fan pattern, the entire area covered by the fan where it intersects with the signals from Towers A & B now becomes the search area and that area could easily be between 4 & 6 square miles or more.

Why do I recall in the very beginning there was something said about her phone pinging near Chisolm Park but then there was a 45 min period where the phone was shut off or quit pinging. I can't find that reference now.

I seem to remember that too. I'll try to locate the reference.

Which is why I believe they hit the areas between Woodlawn and Hillside- there are three main towers over there, and When triangulated - hits on the west end of Chisholm Park vicinity. Here is what I don’t know and cannot get confirmation- when was it pinged there (after 6pm?) if not, it’s not relevant (from our VI’s information of Lucas being seen at 5:30 pm on the 16th). If there was a ping there after that time, it is absolutely relevant, and opens up a time frame to work with. It also opens up the possibility of a second persons involvement, as well as evidence being replaced. MOO.

Would a ping near Olivie Garden, possibly also be a ping in Chisholm Park? I don't remember where the locations are in reference to each other. We know she willing let LE know/see she went to OG, but do we have a timeline for that? Could a ping made them think Chisholm Park, and they'd already started searching that, when they found out about OG, which is why they then stopped searching Chisholm...they placed the ping at or near OG to be at the park by the assumption of a likely location, but were wrong? (Which would mean we should all rethink/forget the motive behind Chisholm Park)...or is this not even feasible based on the locations? (Sorry, I'm actually in a meeting, so I didn't want to start trying to overlap maps right now) haha

I agree it is so frustrating. I don't think she has an incentive to talk as long as Lucas is still missing.
When he is located she is likely to try to pursue a plea deal thru her attorney.
I hope she doesn't get one at that point if there is evidence of obvious homicide or abuse to poor Lucas. If she continues to not help by talking and coming clean, in my opinion that will be too little too late.
I'm sure LE along with the very early involvement in this case by the FBI is using every means possible to find out if EG is the sole focus.
She may have had help after the fact. We just don't know.
But rest assured all of her cell phone records, SM contacts etc have been gone thru.
:moo:

If Lucas is found without EG’s help, she will not get the kind of plea she would have if she confesses. And the difference in time served is huge. Part of what I’m tracking in my research is how much time someone serves if they are convicted vs pled out and it’s significant. The longer she’s in jail the more likely she will be to give a confession. Our DA and her judge know this too so she’s going to sit in there as long as possible.

AND MY CONTINUING PRAYERS FOR EVERYONE HERE WHO IS SEARCHING, the organizers, and for everyone STRESSED ABOUT LITTLE LUCAS

Well technically, the info signed was that we wouldn’t sue if we get hurt while searching. The non disclosure part really is more of a verbal agreement. If someone new searches with us and all of a sudden it’s seen all over SM then that person won’t be allowed to search again. As Tim and Shar and a few others from TES explained to us, saying where we searched and marked an area as “clear”, if EG were to have an accomplice, they could then move the body to that location. Also, if we look somewhere and miss him, I wouldn’t want EG to think she’s now safe........fact is we will search an area more than once. But those planning our searches are doing so with the cooperation of LE, TES, and even tips that might come in from people searching their own properties. TES has a saying that if you want to know where we search, then join us! I know not everyone can, many aren’t local, when this is all over, I promise the details will be underwhelming as to where we search unless it’s where he’s found.

I don't want to quote the original just in case, but if I'm not mistaken the only confirmed phone pings are the ones from the Olive Garden area.

I really thought at first she would crack, just being so scared and lonely. I thought she might say it was an accident and she panicked. The longer she waits the less I would believe that story tho.

It's frustrating because she's not even lonely. Family is still in contact with her and she.literally.has.groupies. ugh.

I thought that as well, but is OG close enough to Chisholm Park, that LE may have first thought she was at the park, when she was actually at OG?

That disgusts me. I know the groupie thing happens in a lot of high profile cases...but I am still disgusted every time I hear about it.

We know that EG smokes pot and gets violent.
What else do we know about her? Does she have friends? Did she arrange play dates for the kids? Does she have any hobbies? Was there anything healthy about her mentally? What else do we know about her? This might help us to understand her thought processes.

Life on the streets involves a lot more transient 'appearances' at events and destinations, than staying outside, 'squatting' or working the traps (circuit of low end & abandoned housing, empty commercial buildings)- lacks freedom, control of self.
Territories. Homage. Duties.

Trying to stay at 'friend's places, hotels, sleeping in a vehicle, then camping are the primary order of habitation for most expelled 'housies' (people who have homes and do not grasp the lives of those outdoors, reject survivalism and lack of privacy).
Those who adjust to homelessness tend to seek a family unit, travel, camp, abandon modern concepts for older cultural ideals... curiously EG was connected to a certain semi-psychedelic underground there, not especially hiding or living a dual reality that I've found.

Those who are living at street level, primarily outside, are known social presences where they exist (public fixtures, if you will).
Find the service centers that provided options to such a person during such a time, and you will find an entire scope of characters who have the In on this one in particular.

Try churches, nonprofits, agencies that run 'drop in' youth shelters, watch for tribal gatherings if you want to find her social sphere and alliances.

Take it one step further and bring her photo around with Lucas' and ask the homeless folks if they remember or know her and have seen Lucas recently.

She has groupies? I guess even Jodi Arias had groupies. Strange bunch. But I would think she misses JH and her children. But then again I'm assuming things from my own point of reference.

I want whoever is deemed responsible to get charged to the fullest extent...but I won't say I don't want a plea deal. I want whatever Lucas's family wants. If they don't want to endure a trial, and that waiting game, and the sentence under the plea feels like justice to them, then I will feel ok with it too. There are so many factors at play here, and there are many people who love this boy who have to live with the consequences of what has happened, and it's most important to me that they get the outcome that's best for them. For some families, a plea deal is the best way. Until you're in those shoes, it's easy to want to see the offender go down in a trial ball of fire...but that's long and painful for those who have to live it.
