So, is it going to be a long day when I realize the entire time I have been sitting at my computer annoyed I had forgotten to put my pants on while getting dressed? I am going with it is going to be an upside down day which means we will find Lucas because the days I have remembered my pants, we have not. :)

Iced tea just shot out of my nose. Thanks!

(And I'm not even kidding LOL)

(Eta: I'd tell her what a b#$/@ endometriosis is and bring her some of the strong legal hash oil or wax from Colorado and dose her with a bunch of edibles til she's giggling so hard and singing like a canary)

this would work!

I don’t know about the hair, but there are several other reasons for the comparison.

Oh boy. Now I'm thinking of other CA evidence. Wasn't CA constantly on the computer? And CA had a normal phone call with a girlfriend, followed by a weird gap in internet activity, and a call the BF described as "not normal". I might have the details wrong. That sort of circumstantial electronic evidence from EGs phone (weird inexplicable gap of phone/internet usage and/or movement) would be pretty damning and give LE a pretty solid timeline, but not enough to make a case. Moo.

So frustrating. I can only imagine it must be even more frustrating to know more and have to bite your tongue, PB.

(I still think if all else fails they should let me go in there and burn one with her...have a little talk stoner to stoner...bring some cheetos...unconventional approach, I know; I do wish this could really happen...)

I'm currently working for a medical marijuana clinic in Canada. I'll happily send some edibles and medical grade marijuana for you to share with her, if it makes her talk.

Me too. In both cases, there was a delay in reporting the child missing, both EG and CA drove white vehicles and were unemployed. CA was arrested for child neglect $500,000 bond, EG was arrested for child endangerment $50,000 bond. In both cases, a car was seen backed into the driveway, the child's shoes were in the home and the FBI was involved. And Texas Equusearch. It's making me crazy and my memory is just not cooperating!

If LL discovered the FB messages, phone calls made, they may have seen the internet search history on her phone and websites, information she looked at using her phone. The prosecution missed the CA internet searches by not checking the search history on Mozilla Firefox when the defense did and the jury never received the information on "fool proof suffocation" that CA searched. Could EG have looked up a search like this?

Fascinating websleuths link there.

After Baez revealed the "foolproof suffocation" search in his book, Phoenix attorney Isabel Humphrey requested and received a copy of the browsers' histories from the Sheriff's Office.

Baez's theory that George Anthony did the search while contemplating suicide "was as crazy as the nanny story," Humphrey told Local 6, referring to Casey Anthony's original claim that a babysitter had kidnapped Caylee.

She obtained the data in August and turned it over to John Goetz, a retired engineer and computer expert in Connecticut. The pair had become acquainted online while following and discussing the case through the amateur sleuthing web community, Webslueths.

Using free software available on the Internet since 2004, Goetz said it took him less than two hours to extract more than 35,000 records detailing the computer's online activities from 2004 until it was seized in July 2008.

"Once you have converted the Internet history records, it really doesn't take more than 15 to 20 minutes to look through the entire Internet history for June 16," said Humphrey. "And I would think if there was one day you would pick to look at, that would be the day."

Goetz and Humphrey homed in on June 16, 2008, and quickly discovered the misspelled search for "fool-proof suffication."

"It shows you a state of mind that was present on the actual afternoon it appears the child had died," Humphrey said. "So I think it would be important regardless of who it was making the searches, but in this case it's certainly important that it appears to be Casey Anthony herself."

What they found astounded them and left at least one crucial question unanswered: How could prosecutors have not used this at trial?

Searching for that answer, they turned the browser history files over to Local 6.

After authenticating the records and interviewing defense, prosecution and Sheriff's Office sources, it became clear: two citizen-investigators accomplished in less than three hours what an army of Orange County investigators and prosecutors failed to do in three years: uncover in detail what Casey Anthony was doing online the day Caylee died.

Of course, unbeknownst to investigators and prosecutors, it was also uncovered many months earlier by someone else: Jose Baez.

I sure hope that obtaining this kind of info has come a long way in 10 years. I can't believe they didn't just check CA's history but relied on searching for keywords to get yuckled up chloroform evidence and miss suffication(sic) completely.

I hope you're not at work when making this discovery. :shame:

OH.MY.WORD!!! I didn't know any of this - I did not follow the CA case after being so disgusted with the verdict. So, now I am wondering about EG's internet activity. From what is available to the public, it looks like most of her recent SM activity is on FB. I wonder what was in her browser history, though. Hmmmm!

The internet find in the CA case just goes to prove how effective civilian resources can be in so many ways.
That's why all eyes need to be looking at every available aspect of this case. They find the missing pieces that LE hasn't been able to in so many cases.
Having said that, I absolutely Back The Blue when it comes to all LE, except for the obvious occasions when they are very wrong in their actions.
There is something out there that is keeping Lucas from being found. We all are continuing to pore over every public and private resource that we can.
IMO that's a very critical piece too.

CA Case: The Sheriff's office who investigated only checked the search history on Internet Explorer. They did not think to check other search browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google and Safari- They blew it!

Wasn’t there partying, shopping, using a friends bank card involved with CA?
Going off of memory , and I’m lacking a bit of it at the moment.
Do we know or has it been released if EG’s car was taken in by LE?

I would like to add to this that I've received information from four property owners (3 farms and an equestrian center) over the weekend, that they have searched their land. We are reaching people. Unfortunately, it is impossible to know how many others have searched their property, as they don't usually report back.

ETA: Regarding ESO's quote #537. Geez, I need more coffee!

Can we get animal rescue, retirement projects, hospitals, community centers, job training & colleges, in on the act?

It just seems that the very specific area that LE wished to focus on is still banked by a host of private and communal groups, rather than defined land owners on site/focused on managing those sites.

Do you mean a special flyer geared to these places, or just that the flyer is sent to these places? The latter is already happening. Animal-related businesses (shelters, veterinarians) have been especially helpful, in fact.

I'm sure I'm not the only one but I followed another poster's advice earlier today and posted Lucas' flyer and FLH official FB link on Live PD's page. Praying for feedback and that Lucas will get featured in one of their dedicated slots between live coverage.
:praying: Lucas so many of us are so very tired but we're networking like crazy night and day for you dear:heartbeat::heartbeat::heartbeat:...

Yes, when CA's daughter was missing. she partied, got a tattoo and used her friends' bank card. I also remember when her phone records were released, and being amazed at the time she spent on the phone and the number of texts. She was ALWAYS on the phone, except for that period of time on the day Caylee disappeared. Maybe one of our VI's could tell us about EG's phone habits, although I don't know what good it would do. I'm just really curious why Tim Miller compared this case to that one.

I've not heard anything about whether EG's car was taken in. The only reference to it that I remember is the article stating that LE searched the home, the car and the neighborhood.
