Im wondering if the forgery involved any of the school notes for LH then couldnt LE also charge EG with being involved in the conspiracy to forge the notes even if she wasnt the one forging the signatures. If she was the benefactor of the forgery in any instance then it seems like she could be charged with something

I guess we need to first wait and see what it was all about to see if EG is tied to it in any way.

LE is paying attention NOW.

He isolated Lucas from his family.

But KE's Court docs show the charge was for 1/11 - not multiple dates, and 2+ weeks prior to the doctor's notes. It could still be this, but I'm not sure how it can line up.

Edit: I misinterpreted what you meant. You meant other doctor's notes were written at different times, and MSM doesn't have those dates. I was assuming you meant dates for the alleged crimes. My apologies.

Are you thinking like disability or workmen's comp? If she had access to an rx pad, it's not the first or only time she's used it. To properly pull off forged rx to obtain drugs, more than likely she has an accomplice in the medical office to verify controlled rx to pharmacy standard procedure.

More like filing insurance or medicaid for children for visits, lab work, etc that they never had. She may very well have an accomplice. All JMO. I'm just speculating.

I know something came up with a peer at my granddaughter's high school. A student stole a pad from her parents office. I'm not exactly sure who filled out the dr. note but she gave the form to another student who turned it into the school attendance office. Both girls were charged with a misdemeanor.

I'm not sure they both didn't hurt him. There's a reason JH didn't do something about EG abusing his little boy. And there's a reason EG's sons say JH is abusive. We need to find this little guy, determine COD. If it is injuries inflicted that led to death then when did the injuries occur, who was present, who all participated? Even tho LH was seen alive by the LL on the 16th, reported missing on the 17th, presumed deceased, doesn't mean that the fateful injuries didn't happen prior and slowly and eventually caused his passing.
I'm pretty concerned about this. Someone needs to be held accountable, or some people need to be held accountable. We have to find out little guy and get justice for him.

Jonathan is reported to say leaving the mark on the little boy was an accident. There sure are A LOT of accidents happening in that home. :gaah:

I know a family where this happened:

Joe & Ann married, had 2 kids, divorced.

Joe married Sally, had 3 kids; Ann married Tim, had 2 kids.

Ann & Tim temporarily lost custody, so Joe & Sally had all 5 kids.

BUT...that was a case of the 4 parental units getting along/small town/no abuse/no missing child.

Actually, in many states, a relative of Lucas would be considered “fictive kin” to the babies (the one already here and the one she is pregnant with). And there could be some long term benefits for the children to be with Lucas’ family. It may be worth considering and looking into if someone is interested.

I would think it'd be hard to know, until we know a manner of disposal (I hate having to use such a cold term about such a sweet little boy). If the body were well wrapped, or protected, in some way, it could somewhat mummify, which could preserve some elements of it. But, I think if exposed, around 3 weeks it can already start to become tough to determine, unless there's evidence on bones.

The good news in all this mess is that it is obvious LE is putting pressure on everyone they can to try to get to the bottom of what happened to LH. I feel comfortable LE is trying their best.

I hold out hope that someone will begin to talk when they realize LE is not ever going to stop pursuing what happened to LH.

I think that is a common mistake that perps make in these sorts of crimes. They dont realize how miserable their life will become as nobody ever stops looking for the missing and there will be constant pressure to find out what happened. They mistakingly think things will die down and go away.

Oh, no. I'm so sorry that your family had to experience this. My heart breaks for you and I hope he eventually gets what he deserves, and then some.

Thank you! He got 5yrs for each aggravated sexual assault of a child under 14yrs and one indecency with a child got him 2yrs. Unfortunately due to convoluted jury instruction, they didn’t realize it was served concurrently so 5yrs is all he got. People with possession charges get more time.
He also got 30k in fines but the jury didn’t understand that the money doesn’t go to my daughter either but to the county.
She however is doing really well all things considered and is working on forgiveness, I hope I can find it in myself to do the same one day. Right now I’m just extremely angry.
But I learned a lot about law in all this - more than I ever wanted to!

I'd assume it also related to keeping the kids together, as half siblings. I'm not sure the fictive kin piece applies if the related child that ties the unrelated parties together isn't present.

Sorry, this was your ex-husbands own daughter? (Not that it makes it better either way) But my god.
