That is definitely a head scratcher. Almost alluding to someone else harming him, she witnessed it, and helped with clean up and transporting his body somewhere out of the home.

I keep going back to the "did you see someone running barefoot" comment and the "Lucas did not walk out of the house on his own nor was he abducted" (paraphrased comments by me) comment, wondering if they are connected in the sense that someone ran out of the house barefoot carrying Lucas, perhaps they were frantic at that time, and placed him in another vehicle?

I'd also love to know if it was just her and her daughter at OG, or if someone else was with them? If so, could that person have come by after to hang out, when something happened? I don't expect an answer to this question right now, but I have always felt that someone else was involved in this, that EG didn't act alone.

I also have always felt like there was someone else. I don't think a 26 year old would go out to eat by themselves. I would like to know who he was with on VD when he wasn't with her. I would like to know who she gave all her paraphernalia to. Now being called a witness. I'm super anxious for the 23rd.

I originally thought that, too, but read it again:

Glass also is a witness, Bennett said Wednesday, to whatever happened to the Beech Elementary pre-kindergartner after he was last seen in February.

She witnessed what happened AFTER he was last seen. I don't think it's because she was the last to see him. IMO

The reason they are using both terms is this: she’s a POI because she could be responsible or she’s a witness because she was last person to see Lucas before he disappeared. That’s it, no other reason.

Not without something tangible to back up the theory. We still don't know if KE's charges are directly related to the physical abuse Lucas suffered before he disappeared or to his disappearance or if they are completely unrelated charges.

It's pretty apparent that EG's family and friends are not model citizens, but we can't accuse KE of being involved with harming Lucas without some facts to back up such serious speculation.

I think some of the confusion is because he said she is a POI and she is also a witness.

Oh, they’re watching her. I would bet that most of ya’ll have been around long enough to see the sky rocket costs incurred to public and private resources in professional and ethical reactions to such public outcry for this little boy and other children just like him. All of those expenses are accountable, reported and charged out to specific line items in the overall budgets, especially Human Resources, which are strictly set by administrative code. Unexpected variances to a projected budget must be levied against future approved budget requests. LE and Justice Depts will seek justice tempered with a little retribution.

Yes, expenses and budgets..UGH...I would willingly take a few weeks vacation time off work and go undercover for free to watch her every move..JS
