When did JH actually do the interview? Was it done earlier or was it actually done today?
I thought it made reference to Wednesday (so, 5 days ago) but I would have to listen again to be sure

I doubt if any charges would happen right now as the
District Attorney is in the court room for the Yesenia Sesmas Trial in Wichita right now.

NG asked JH if EG normally smoked three bowls and left Lucas at home to go eat. He says no, he was flabbergasted. He also denies knowing that EG had been hurting Lucas.
JH has been out to the spot where Lucas has found probably 3 or 4 times since Lucas was found. He says he's "been tirelessly trying to search for him in my own way for 3 months."
(OMG. Isn't that the same phrase Casey Anthony used?)
Sorry for walking in circles today. I need to start my entire day over. Lol
That, in my mind, would be unforgiveable. There is always an assistant DA.Really? That doesn’t sit well with me. Maybe I’m naive. Can charges be put on the back burner all because the DA is in a court room on another trial?
Right - "would have been"? As in now that he knows where bruises come from?
Ugh - never had a drink in my life but strongly considering hitting up Ima for some of hers.
Also - just listened to the WPD's 10am morning briefing, nothing there about Lucas.

Yes, that caught my attention as well, but seeing that we didn't hear how he said it, I thought maybe it was best to wait until I had a chance to hear it for myself. I was worried that I would thoughts would be mistaken and that I would take it out of context.Wait - "farther than he thought" - but didn't he just say he's flabbergasted that she did it? If he didn't believe she did it until after the body was found, then how could the body have been found further out than he thought it was?
It did the same thing to me. Must have been about 25 times I'd have to start over. The podcast keeps skipping out for me and I'm giving up - have heard enough to have formed an opinion.
That was my first thought. I think he let something slip there. I think he knew all along, and this, to me, is confirmation. He wasn't thinking on his feet. Big oops there big fella!
Moo
This is what's giving me pause as to the validity of what NG said. There's no way local MSM wouldn't be all over this if it were released. So supposedly LE was back at the house and two autopsy completed last week - and media hasn't picked up on it?
Agree. Many thanks to liltexans and kidetect22 for transcribing this podcast for us throughout the interview. Great job!I just want to say I really appreciate the transcriptions. I don't have access to the podcast and probably couldn't listen to it anyway. Reading the posts is much better for my temper, too.
