The dad definitely knew. It's stated in the Kansas.com article that the relatives in New Mexico asked both the father and SM about the alleged abuse last year. Both denied it. Then the relatives were denied contact.

I’d say because they have proof she endangered both children but no conclusive evidence as to what has happened to sweet Lucas.

I don’t think it will be long. (Please let that be the case!)

They arrested the boyfriend (I think I said stepdad earlier which was incorrect) of Mariah Woods 16 hours before they found her on other charges. Cell phone records led LE to her. Murder chargers were only brought after her autopsy revealed her cause of death.
I do wish she’d talk and save a lot of heartache and resources.
