I've been angry enough to say I'd like to kill someone, in conversation. I've never scactual considered killing the person....
I'm not likely to trust the statements of a 15 minutes of grabbing lady defending a likely child murderer.
Unreal.
Easy to see why the two were friends

I almost forgot.
I have a bridge to sell.
Its called Brooklyn

I have been reading for the last 2 hours & still cannot catch up. When I first read about what happened,I honestly thought that the pain meds that I am on made me imagine this! I just want to weigh in on one thing...DM said"I told LE that she was suicidal." Just a personal story..my son called the suicide line and talked to someone for an hour. He didn't know that you don't hang up on them. He had told them that he felt so much better and hung up. The person then called our local police. They showed up at our door, because no one was sure whether he truly felt better or was going to do something. (My husband and I were sleeping.) One cop was so understanding and told my adult son to go to a hospital and get follow-up. His partner wanted to get the handcuffs on him, throw him into the patrol car, and involuntarily commit him. That cop kept going to his gun while we all sat in my living room with our hands visible and no guns!! My son had threatened no one!! The nice officer won out and followed us while we drove my son to the hospital. My son got help and is doing great!! With EG being 27, not even the police could get her professional help unless she was willing or doing something to hurt another right THEN to be committed.
Im so glad your son reached out for help. Often times all it takes is a sympathetic ear or some solid advice to prevent a suicide. Especially with teens and young adults. They don’t always stop to consider the finality of a suicide attempt. You and your family are in my thoughts.

“Johnathan went over to the house, and he found her or either she shot herself in front of him," said Marshburn

Through his sources, Marshburn did confirm Glass had taken her own life. It was something he was concerned about after she was released from jail. He had concerns about something he found on her body. Something, he didn't confirm.

"I mean kinda felt like it would happen, but, you don't want it to. But, I did see where she had attempted suicide before you know by her wrist having a cut on it, looked like an old scar," said Marshburn.“

Marshburn also said that the home was checked for guns (after EG was released from jail).

His wording there that JH went over to the house as opposed to JH went home makes me wonder if EG was living there since she got out of jail and maybe JH was staying somewhere else? I don't know, Marshburn says himself that he doesn't have all the facts at the time of that interview.

When, was it the chief on the WPD presser, said about JH going 'home', again I think it's not his job to keep track of who lives where and maybe he should have said 'the home', so again I wouldn't read too much into these parts of the wording, and I think we should wait for more information.

Suicide by gun is a lot higher than 1%. I just woke up and haven't got a link, but I will later.
Until LE says different, or shows some facts supporting otherwise, then I Believe EMILY killed herself by gun. She was on the loose for a long time, and could have been killed or at least beat up by many, many people, but it didn't happen then, and didn't happen now.

I don't know but I bet Emily has been trying to get JH to listen to her, believe her, love her, as a manipulating con can. I won't be surprised that she didn't ask him over to finally 'tell him the whole story', and he found her dead. If she did leave a suicide a note, I hope she was honest in it...time will tell.

Per the site www.lostallhope.com, in 2012 31.2% of female suicides in the U.S. were committed with a firearm.

Where have you seen he wasn't living there?

We heard she had been staying with her aunt. I don't recall hearing about him moving out

Gosh you got me, I do not remember what I read that made me think the he was not living there. I'll try and find it. I try very hard to stick with facts, I really do so if he was living there it was an honest mistake on my part.

..pfftttt...
Now I know why that name sounded familiar. I needed to hear her name alongside her sidekick.

@NervousNellie ... I legitimately don't know how much of this I can stomach.
Emilys nonsense flew with her friends and family.
Not LE. And thats who she had to answer to at the end of the day.
They were closing in on her.
And she had no intentions of going back to jail.

I think it's worth noting for those that are not familiar with these two people that I am 99% certain they are NOT friends of EG.

As in, real life, we knew and supported her before we saw her name in the paper type of friends.

They are hangers on. I would be genuinely surprised to learn that they ever met her, or had heard of her prior to Lucas being reported missing.

That was a little unclear when Eberhardt introduced herself on the NG broadcast, the only thing I could understand was that Eberhardt started an FB group to discuss the LH case and that she and her friends believe EG was innocent. But I didn't really get the impression that Eberhardt was a friend of EG's before Lucas went missing.

I believe Eberhardt is also incorrect in stating that LE have confirmed CR (homeless guy's) presence at EG's abode on the day Lucas was reported missing. DM has said it, but no one here has linked to anything and said that there's LE confirmation in it (I trust you guys far more than I trust Eberhardt's claims!)

Whoa

Guys, they referred to LH's case as a "homicide investigation". Does that mean that they officially know the story of him being dead in bed is a lie?

The rest of everything...
Big hugs to everyone who has been affected by suicide or been suicidal themselves!!
Big hugs to EG's children :(
Big hugs to JO and the rest of LH's family.
Big hugs to CR's family that his name is still being drug through the mud.
Big hugs to the LL who is dealing with a huge financial loss, as well as the emotional toll involved in being this close to something like this.
Big hugs to EG's family who loved her.
And a big hug to JH for having been the one to find her. That was cruel, even for her.

I'm very glad they're still investigating, as I think there is more to Lucas's case (and more people involved), and I would like to see them follow through to the end. If in the end they find that EG really did do everything alone, I would consider justice served. I really hope the family feels that way too. I hope they don't feel Lucas was denied justice.

I'm shocked that she killed herself (assuming this IS a suicide). Does this mean she had a smidgen of a conscience?

I think I'm going to skip the NG podcast. Sounds like no new non-crazy information.

I understand this however, I wanted to make sure NOBODY thought it was OK to discuss these details as if they have any truth to them.
It is very good to see our members realizing right off the bat that this podcast if full of crap. Thank you.

BBM. Thank you for that succinct and accurate description of this podcast!

I’m not a conspiracy type but in my years of working as a medic, I’ve not EVER seen a woman kill them selves by gun. They can but it’s very rare. They also nearly 99.9% of the time leave notes. Long ones. I’m waiting to hear about EG note. Finally, I hope WPD will release the evidence in case now!
I am praying that JH doesn’t now kill himself. When you know someone who kills themselves, your suicide risk goes up and with ALL the trauma JH has experienced recently I hope the police are giving him lots of therapy through victims assistance!
It is VERY rare but as you said, it happens. My best friend's sister killed herself a year ago, with a gun, and did not leave a note behind (much to the sadness and pain of her three children). There are always outliers, and maybe this was the only "viable" option for EG....quick and fast, instead of hanging, etc. UGH.

But there was no source for that, right? Or was it said on live coverage?

No!! I'm waiting for your transcription. ;) :D
No, it wasnt news coverage.
It may be a mistake.

Emily sailed thru life lying and manipulating and playing the blame game.
Alot of self projecting.

I suspect her suicide letters will be an extention of that.
I will be surprised if she takes any responsibility at all.

Its really amazing.
According to Shelly alot of people are responsible for Lucas's death.
So why didnt Emily stick around and tell it to the court.
Because there was no way in hell would she get on the stand.

EG's ego vs Justice.

Which would win.

3 notes is a lot of 'last words' EG wanted to get in edgewise.

Oh good LORD... I had to quit listening to this BS.. and I'm sorry, but NOPE, I have never done anything that would even come close to child endangerment..she was saying, everyone, before us, and after us, could be charged with child endangerment at one time or another, well, let me tell you that NOBODY in my family would ever even come close to being charged with any type of abuse..unbelievable
