Family: Missing Wichita woman is mentally, physically disabled
A Wichita family is asking for the public's help in finding a 36-year-old woman who has been missing since Saturday.
Meagan Spackman was last seen at 808 South Water Street at around 2 p.m. that day. The apartment complex there is owned and run by the Wichita Mental Health Association, according to a flyer posted by Kansas Missing & Unsolved.
It says Spackman is mentally and physically disabled and can get confused easily, especially without her medications. She stands 5-foot-4 and weighs 165 pounds. She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
